always overthinking about this and that
and I’m really worried right now I’ve
got so much going on in my life okay

to have this mindset you see the problem

that’s why our overthinking has become a
problem you see a little bit of
overthinking is actually pretty cool the

it’s just that if you are constantly
overthinking now it’s not fun so what I
learn how to do many years ago was to
allocate time for overthinking so every
single day like force yourself to
overthink for an hour Ralph really yes
it’s over thinking time for one hour
every single day you’re gonna think
about every single problem you have for
one hour and I’ll be that hour you’re
gonna be like gosh that was boring what
a waste of time what a waste of time
exaggerated deep divers that’s how to
stop overthinking like really want to
overthink until eventually you’re like
wait a minute this is way way too boring
I’m wasting my time that’s right and all
of a sudden you stop overthinking deep

tranquility realize self-awareness is
the beginning of change like what helped
me to stop overthinking was to actually
become aware that I was actually
overthinking a lot of us we’re thinking
so much and overthinking so much we
actually

start to identify your triggers what is
making you overthink anxiety you’re

don’t even care about anything it’s the
coolest feeling in the world cuz I’m
like I don’t care about anything – we
all don’t care we’re just having fun
right now and that’s how to stop
overthinking and find tranquility how
many times deep divers have you been
around really serious people who are so
concerned with how they look how they
it gets kind of boring
no it becomes a nightmare deep divers
because you’re like am I good enough to
be around these people it gets boring
being around people who are just like
hey I work here and I make this much
money what do you do right now
surround yourself with people who aren’t
gonna judge you for being you

surround yourself with people who give
you a larger perspective on life to show
you to show you that actually your
problems on is bad as you thought they
were just stop overthinking and find
tranquility stop focusing on everything
bad that’s gonna happen start focusing
on everything that is happening focus on
what is happening right now occupy the
present to stop overthinking like what
is happening right now you see the
problem with overthinking is that most
of the things we think about never
actually happen a waste of time but what
is happening right now this very second
this is all there is
tune in to that and you will stop
overthinking a lot of thoughts as soon
as we wake up we’re watching television
watching the news we’re getting other
people’s problems which are on our own
and now we are overthinking focus on
what is happening right now go into
