peace and Finnick waters diving deep
once again how to stop caring about
people’s opinions can I get a Hello so
what is in between you and your deepest
desires Oh pinions you want to wear
those jogging bottoms and go out but you
can’t because your coworkers are gonna
see you you’re scared because of
opinions you want to wear that dress in
that unusual color but you can’t because
of opinions you want to travel the world
and leave your job but you’re afraid
because of opinions or you’ve run out of
money now opinions are all around us
from friends family the next-door
neighbor the cat down the road everyone
seems to always be in our business
judging us telling us what to do now I
can share with you us help me along my
journey I embrace every single opinion
because I see that opinions are
different expressions and this whole
universe is built up of contrast but
what happens when opinions someone
else’s opinions becomes your roadblock
that’s what we’re dealing with here and
along my journey I’ve developed tools in
becoming your greatest version to have a
deeper comprehension of the psychology
of opinions and what’s helped me is just
being comfortable with who you are
that’s why I wore this suit because I
want you to have a good opinion of Who I
am and I want to feel comfortable like I
am living up to your standard because
opinions are standards so if you see
someone in a suit you have a very high
opinion of them if you see that someone
is working here with a lot of money we
form an opinion off them based on our
own value system which is in essence our
standard but what happens I can get
these buttons off when the illusion
starts to fade away what happens when I
take off this jacket right now are you
changing your opinion of me now when I
first started sharing my insights with
the world I was like a terrified cat
I was scared beyond belief I was moving
out of my comfort zone and there were a
lot of people saying a lot of different
things oh that’s wonderful
that’s terrible stop right now
so what was I gonna do to stop caring
about other people’s opinions you have
to move into your true authenticity
which has nothing to do with someone
else’s standards or values it’s only
about how you perceive yourself
sometimes people would tell me oh could
you do it like this no no could you do
it like that
no could you be like this no could you
be like that then I realize wait a
minute wait a minute I can’t please
everyone and so many of us are people
pleasers but you begin to realize that
no matter how hard you try nobody is
satisfied because
you see the psychology of opinions is
that when people form opinions offers it
has nothing to do with us it has
everything to do with how they are
perceiving reality in their unique time
and space talk to me it is their
interpretation of you and once you
change they form an opinion once you are
not what people think you are you form
an opinion of someone because we’re
holding on to expectations opinions are
perspectives and expectations so if you
had a camera on someone 24/7 your
expectations are gonna change of who
they are
you see opinions are created from the
ego which is based in separation and
there’s nothing wrong with that but it’s
not the whole truth
you see so many of us are doing so many
different things so you might meet
someone and form this massive opinion of
who you think they are
but you see that people that form the
most opinions of us are the people that
know us the least you see once you begin
to know someone really know them you’re
in a relationship with someone you begin
to form less opinions because you begin
to accept them for who they truly are
not because they’re wearing a suit and
they are acceptable not because of how
much money they have or how popular they
are or how many followers they have
what’s that about you accept them
because they are living in their true
authenticity
now as I proceeded to take this shirt
off let’s do it like that now okay let’s
go
I found along my journey many of us we
project our unresolved issues and fears
onto other people so some people say hey
you shouldn’t be dating that guy or you
shouldn’t be dating that woman or don’t
trust that person or trust that person
or go and study here get a job there so
you see people always project on to you
their fears their wounds their
unresolved issues so in essence many
times people who are forming a lot of
opinions of you it is coming from their
own experience and it is coming from a
place they are trying to live through
you vicariously they want you to be a
clone of them because guess what it
makes them feel more comfortable but you
see once you stand up for what you
believe in
once you stand up without fear other
people’s opinions their grip becomes
looser they behold no bearing on you why
because you don’t give them power now
it’s not easy when people are always
telling us what to do so what do I do I
find the right crowd ask yourself do you
have a support network in your life
or are you around people that couldn’t
care two hoots about you because a lot
of us we are around critics every single
day nitpicking everything we’re doing
when I share videos I do it because I I
love doing you but also to help people
become their greatest version I’m
sharing what’s helped me I do this for
the woman who wrote to me saying she was
about to commit suicide but I’m the
reason why she’s still alive that’s why
I do it so I acknowledge my gift
so what anybody says they can’t tell me
anything because I know I’ve served as
the catalyst for helping this whole
movement see once you start placing
value on what you do now you just start
laughing and especially once you’ve been
doing it for five years ten years you
can see the cycle one minute people love
you next minute people hate you then
they love you again what else do you
want because it’s not about you it’s
about their own experience and it’s all
about if their standards are changing or
not look we are all changing our
opinions now I talked of superheroes and
villains in fact I’m gonna do a video
talking about how to tap into your inner
villain now every hero needs a villain
without the villain there is no
blockbuster movie I’m sorry
so in our life there’s always someone we
say is holding us back holding us down
being a burden so we call them the
villain but you see without the
so-called psychopath or villain would we
be where we are today
you see they serve as the catalyst for
helping us become our greatest version
but to reclaim your power a hundred
percent you have to start tapping into
your inner villain you see the greatest
enemy is not out there the greatest
enemy is inside of yourself so once you
start tapping into your inner villain
which are the disregarded aspects of
yourself the disowned aspects of
yourself now you create synthesis
between the hero and the villain now
that is super powerful because do you
ever watch your movie and think to
yourself
imagine if the hero and the villain got
together and combined their superpowers
wouldn’t that be amazing well that’s
what happens once you start tapping into
the inner villain when you stop
trash-talking yourself you see the
opinions are not just coming from out
there we are our own worst enemy we are
our hardest critic we form the opinions
of ourselves other people serve as a
mere illusion helping us take away our
own personal responsibility it’s all
coming from us so that is why you have
to love yourself a hundred percent
because as your self-expression
increases your self love increases my
famous line not caring what other people
think is the greatest form of self-love
but wait a minute Ralph of course we
care what other people think of course I
care what you think when I’m taking off
this shirt finally because now I’m
sweating right now goodness gracious
what are you gonna think of me but you
see I call it harm or help you see in
becoming your greatest version you need
clarity there are some people great
friends a wonderful partner
they are gonna give you the most amazing
life advice
they are gonna give you an opinion which
is gonna serve as the catalyst for
helping you to become the greatest
version so for instance I grew up
skating and I had a good friend who
would school me and tell me if you just
do it like this your whole speed would
increase ten times and I said yeah I
could I could see this person was coming
from a very organic place they wanted to
help me because they saw where I was not
really maximizing my full potential so
that was a help so that is why that is
where opinions can be valuable but what
happens with the harm aspect when people
say you’re terrible no construction in
their sentence they just talk down on
you that is harm so you have to be able
to distinguish between harm or help the
opinions from your closest friends and
family are they there to help you
or are they there to harm you and you
can only know that once you connect with
your heart space once you follow your
intuition once you develop a greater
clarity so there you have it on opinions
love yourself a hundred percent and you
have nothing to worry about now I’m
gonna mess up my head there you go we
are here infinite waters diving deep once again stay well stay healthy
once again how to stop caring about
people’s opinions can I get a Hello so
