Pisces very intuitive very sensitive yes
I’m also an empath which means I feel
what you’re going through right now yes
I’m a psychologist people tell me their
problems I’m a counselor yes so I know
all about stopping absorbing other
people’s emotions emotion stands for
energy in motion mmm

side we are around people with beautiful
energy toxic energy and sometimes that’s
just how it is so how do we really stop
absorbing other people’s emotions if
they’re really angry today
moody how can we still remain calm okay
and every single day I always receive
tons of messages people tell me their
problems and I’m cool with it because
I’m learning the secrets I’m about to
share with you it first starts with it’s
beautiful deep divers know if you’re an
empath or not that’s essential like am I
an empath can I walk into a room and
really pick up the whole vibe the whole
frequency the whole vibration of the
room can I really tune into other
people’s energies and if the answer is
yes you are an empath and you have to
accept that and see it as a gift of
awareness it’s not a bad thing
to be able to feel deeper than most
people you see most people on planet
earth are so desensitized even if the
cat down the road came around them they
wouldn’t be impressed right so I had to
realize wait a minute Ralph I’m an
empath yes I am I pick up frequencies it
just means I’m very sensitive okay so
once I realized I wasn’t impact because
when I used to grow up growing up my mom
would invite these guests and I’m like
I’m absorbing all of their emotions oh
no right and it’s overwhelming when
you’re young because you don’t really
know how to deal with it so first and
foremost know if you’re an empath or not
and then find the source what is the
problem is it a person you’re absorbing
their negative frequencies their
emotions okay so find the source and be
clear about what it is where it’s coming
from
how is really making you feel
once you find the source many people
will tell you to distance yourself from
the source I’m gonna tell you the
complete opposite I’m gonna tell you the
complete opposite you don’t want to
distance yourself from what is causing
you discomfort you want to confront it

used to run away like if there was there
was someone who I didn’t really want to
be around because I would feel like I’m
absorbing their emotions I would just
run away until I realized that even when
I was running away didn’t really treat
the problem it was just a band-aid it
was just a band-aid okay to treat the
real issue you have to confront the
source okay let’s just say there’s a
person and their vibe is off and you
feel yourself picking up their
frequencies and their vibrations face
that person be in that person’s presence
don’t run and you’re gonna feel very
uncomfortable you’re gonna feel like oh
my gosh I can’t be here any longer
now by you not running away you’re
learning the key secret because you’re
learning how to separate your emotions
from their emotions okay when you are
stationary in this discomfort maybe it’s
an annoying friend okay and you don’t
want to absorb their emotions not today
ain’t nobody got time for that what I
love to do is become very calm take a
deep breath deep from the base of my
spine
well breathing in that girl’s prana baby
and the calmer I become the more I am
able to remain a peace don’t let anybody
take away your peace of mind it’s yours
right so start to see what you are doing
and then when you have this beautiful
wellspring of peace inside of you you’re
gonna see that you can be in front of
the most angry person the most annoying

they offload all of their energy their

drive-by so to stop the emotional
drive-by if someone hands you a parcel
of lots of problems all you have to do
is not accept the parcel or what I say
don’t accept the invitation don’t accept
the letter return back to sender that’s
what I love to do any time I’m around
someone and I feel I’m absorbing their
emotions which may not be the best for
me for my health I just say I’m not
gonna accept that parcel returning back
to sender and they get it okay so learn
the powerful art of returning to sender
and also realize you don’t have to
tolerate being in that situation you
have a choice to go wherever your heart
is really calling for let go of whatever
is no longer serving you to make space
for what will inspire mmm what slow

up I realized I had this amazing gift of
clairvoyance clairsentience a lot of
Pisceans know what I’m talking about
we’re very in tune with other people’s
emotions and that’s why a lot of
Pisceans of psychologists
physiotherapists nurses doctors we love
healing people Reiki masters right I
realized growing up I was very sensitive
and then I realized down the line I
could actually turn this sensitivity
into a gift and now it’s working for me
and that’s how I actually stopped
absorbing other people’s emotions how
did I do it by developing developing a
thicker skin develop a thick skin and
still maintain your sensitive heart okay
and that’s why many times I’m around
people if I sometimes feel like I’m
absorbing their emotions I realize I’ve
got to have a thick skin right now
sometimes you got to learn how to say no
no no I can’t stay here right now you’re
bad for me bye and then just smile after
you leave and maintain this beautiful
hot energy you’re not a bad person if
you’re keeping it real mmm what slow

where we truly want to be inside so when
I used to eat a lot of flesh animal
flesh okay barbecues friends barbecues
house okay spare ribs chicken I realized
that this food was kind of dulling my
senses it was making me like a zombie
and I was becoming desensitized right
and the moment I started to eat a lot of
leafy greens plant-based watercress
arugula kale spinach I became more
sensitive the plants are the healing the
plants are for the healing of the nation
right and that’s really what helped me
to stop absorbing people’s emotions
because if you’re eating junk food many
times you don’t really have the
confidence so if someone says hey do you
want to go out you’ll be like you’re not
sure right but if you’re eating for
total confidence you’re absolutely sure
it’s a big fat no unless the cat down
the road is gonna be there right so

how I stopped absorbing other people’s
emotions was to only own my own emotions
I’m only responsible for how I feel not
how someone else feels and I’m not
responsible for what someone else is
going through I can help them though but
realize this what I love to do every
single day to stop absorbing people’s
emotions is to visualize okay myself
flushing all of their emotions down the
toilet exactly right if someone’s
bringing you toxic energy and you don’t
want to absorb those emotions visualize
yourself flushing it down the toilet
yep it’s gone where were we exactly and
then go and enjoy the beautiful day the
Sun is beaming through right now okay so
visualize
techniques what I love to do is
visualize myself in a beautiful
waterfall with a bunch of grapes by my
side and even if I’m around people and I
don’t really want to absorb their
emotions that keeps me in a beautiful
state of tranquility serenity and in a
peace so visualize tranquility okay I’ve
learned this as well that wearing black
okay I’m back to black baby black is the
new good-ass product okay I’m back to
black now if you go back to my old
videos I always just wore black now
sometimes I switch it up with a suit
indigo suits okay vanilla suits right
but I love wearing black because black
is an absorber of energy right of all
frequencies but black is super powerful

confidence that’s why I wear black so
when I’m making these videos I’m always

when I started to be aware of my body
language my breath and then wear a lot
of black a lot of people didn’t start
giving me their unwanted emotions

but also that could be detrimental to
your own well-being so over the years
I’ve learned that no sometimes you have
to have a cut-off point when it comes to
