you see emotion is the energy in motion
and a lot of us some days we have a very
beautiful flow of energy around the body
it’s all gravy baby but then some days
heartbreak bills to pay bills to pay
your family getting mad at you someone
giving you a parking ticket this could
make you angry right now our energy can
become stagnant heavy
we have emotional blockages everywhere
in our body and that really sucks
well how did I learn how to release
blocked up energy from the past it
starts with this deep divers I had to
learn how to own the energy in motion I
had to learn how to take responsibility
for the energy in motion my emotions the
way I was feeling the way I’m feeling
yeah that’s me I create these emotions
no one else does you see once you take
back your power once you reclaim your
power to say actually I am creating all
of these emotions and I have the power
to make myself feel any way I choose to
now you become the master of your
destiny
what slow motion this side hmm
you see nobody can make you feel anyway
you don’t want to without your
permission you hand over the authority
to them you hand over the authority to
them it’s all you you are the power you
choose how you feel nobody can make you
angry nobody can make you upset without
your permission so I started to realize

I have to own my emotions I have to
realize that energy this currency
flowing in my body it’s me that’s
creating it and then I started to
realize this we have the physical body
we have the mental body which is all
about the mind the brain and we have the
emotional body which is all about the
heart space right our emotional body is
linked to our heart and anytime we have
an emotional blockage anytime energy is
building up that needs to be released
it’s because we have a blockage in our
heart space many times we have a heavy
heart many times is because we’re
holding on to a grudge many times it’s
because we can’t forgive ourselves what
we did in the past or we can’t forgive
someone else maybe the cat down the road
could be right so I learned that to
really clear your emotional energy
blocks you have to learn self
forgiveness forgive them for they know
not what they do I know that’s why
you’ve got to forgive them you don’t
forgive people for their sake you
forgive them for your peace of mind

energy in motion and I do this every
single day in meditation what is
meditation meditation is the act of
absorbing yourself in the present moment
allowing thoughts to come through you
without judgement allowing the motions
to pass through you without judgment it
is when you immerse yourself in the here
and now 100% and once you do that once
you do that oh now the energy starts to
flow you start to unblock pent up energy
once you stop judging the way you feel
you didn’t come here to be positive all
the time you didn’t come here to be sad
all the time
you came here to be real to be authentic
and authenticity

long to realize that you should never
ever be ashamed of the way you feel
because it’s part of you at that time at
that moment it’s really so honest you’re
not a bad person for feeling the way you
do if you are experiencing anger it

of us we are in a resistance to certain
emotions but resistance make stronger if
someone has upset you and you really
feel sad but you you don’t want to show
them how sad you are and like you’re
like I want to be sad but I can’t
that creates an energy block so you have
to really learn how to be vulnerable to
release built-up emotions and energy
from the past learn how to be vulnerable
learn how to be a child and really wear
your emotions on your sleeve get upset
get angry yes sad get happy it’s okay

energy blocks make peace with your
emotions every day when I sit in 10
minutes silences in meditation I’m
making peace with my emotions all of the
energies passing through me I’m making
peace with them you see your emotions
can be your enemy or your emotions can
be your friend if you keep blaming
yourself for something you did in the
past your emotions now become your enemy
you now hate yourself if you can learn
how to forgive yourself and make peace
with who you are right now you don’t
have to be perfect but if you can make
peace and say I forgive you I forgive
you all of a sudden you are now stepping
into self-love and that’s how to release
built up energy if you are blaming
yourself the mistakes failures that
creates energetic blocks if you can
laugh about it because like the great
Egyptian proverb says a beautiful thing
is never perfect you didn’t come here to
be perfect deep divers you came here to
be real it’s okay to make mistakes fall

was a time when I was eating a lot of
processed foods fried foods full of

influencing the way we feel and how we
feel is actually influencing what we
will become

start eating a plant-based diet

my energetic vibration they helped the
energy to get unblocked
a lot of us we are eating foods which
are dead and we’ve got a choice every
single day to eat living foods like the
great doctor say me would say electrical
foods plant-based foods or death are you
eating life or are you eating death if
you are eating life fresh fruits and
vegetables you are now releasing blocked
up emotional baggage if you are eating
I don’t really call that food right
foods which are processed foods which
are harmful to you you are now creating
more energy blockages once again if you
are also consuming a lot of animal flesh

cancer processed meats cause cancer
right so not only that but you are
taking onboard the Karma of a
slaughtered animal which creates blocked

fearful insecure neurotic and emotional

subconscious mind so I realized when I
had a lot of blocked up energy because I
was stressed out and stress is what
causes emotional blocks we have to
reduce the stress and how do you get rid
of cortisol
now that stress hormone start exercising
that’s right when I’m jogging oh my gosh
my hands are becoming more relaxed right
now all of a sudden I’ve got a better
posture all of a sudden I feel karma all
of a sudden I’m smiling right now all of
a sudden I’m releasing all of those
emotional energy blocks because the body
is the subconscious mind it’s time to
get to know your body it’s time to start
doing exercises that pull you back into
having an inner body experiences not an
out-of-body experience an inner body
experience an inner body experience Yoga
is fantastic for clearing energy blocks
Ashtanga Yoga because every movement is
actually a metaphor for life when you’re
doing this

percent they’re just who we are in that
split-second of a moment so realize that
we are not our emotions you are not your
emotions it’s okay to feel any way you
want because it’s not who you are a
hundred percent who are you a moti
dimensional being having a human
experience and once you realize that
