you always look like so calm like really
calm Ralph have you noticed that deep
divers like I’m a pretty chilled out
person but they’re all the time I used
to be really stressed and then I found
out how to become stress free and I’m
gonna share that with you if you are in
this situation right now where your life
is so stressful probably because when
even had breakfast yeah can I get a

breakfast first

but sometimes it’s hard to avoid right

stressed out because they feel they

my journey plain and simple is to play
an instrument I’ve been playing the
guitar for a long time and it always
helps me to reduce stress
if we could realize that we are pretty
much energy everything is energy and
music is the universal language so I
actually reduce stress by playing the
guitar tuning it to 432 Hertz the
universal sound frequency also the
band’s URI I play that as well the
Indian flute and that really helps to

social media trying to show I’ve got a
perfect life right trying to show I’ve
got a perfect life but actually creating
a perfect life instead in the real world

otherwise you’re wasting time but also
creating a lot of stress because you
have a lot of expectation you see what
helps me to reduce stress every single
day is to release resistance like stop
having so many expectations of what
people should do for you like stop
having this entitlement that’s the word
entitlement creates a lot of stress the
world owes me this people have to treat
me like this they should treat you
nicely but most people won’t and that’s
another story the cat down the road will
help you though right you are only
responsible for your internal condition
and once you learn this your stress will
dissipate okay stop having so many
expectations of how life should be and
actually start seeing how life actually

to really reducing stress we have to
always look at okay where is my focus
going every single day am i focusing on
people and spending time with people who
really help me to stop thinking about
myself all the time cuz a lot of our
stress comes when we think our problems
are bigger than everybody else’s so a
new perspective means you need to hop on
an aeroplane hop on a plane travel get
some life experience and actually
realize your life ain’t that bad
some people didn’t even wake up today
some people would love your bad days
okay so a lot of the times I mean
whatever happens whatever happens mood
like I’m not fussing I’m releasing
resistance because nothing is under
control our stress comes a lot of the
times because we are trying to control
everything okay and that creates a lot
of resistance and resistance makes
stronger making us more stressed out so
let go every single day say I’m letting
go I’m trusting the universe and that’s
really what’s helped me to reduce stress
now I know this that many times we go
through life and we’re stressed out
because we feel we should have already
been there by now
okay once again it goes back to
expectation be comfortable with where
you are right now
and I love to do this by moving into my
body tuning into the present moment and
just breathing taking a big inhalation
breath or for hold for for release or
for for for for works every time to
reduce stress and then realize that if
you are stressed out you have to change
your routine there is no change in your
life without a change in routine there

at least saying thank you three times
like that’s what I do and my stress just
my stress just disappears because a lot
of our stress comes from wanting I want
this I want that
and it’s about realizing I have I have
so much like I have a lot to be thankful
for every single day okay I’m inspiring
millions I get to wake up with a bunch
of grapes in my mouth okay and it’s not
about having the perfect life once again
