well alas how to overcome a stressful
situation after this video deep divers

someone who gets stressed out a lot over
the years since you’ve been watching my

as well that’s another story however I
also go through stressful situations let
me share with you was helped me along my
journey let me give you the example I
want you to imagine picture the scenario
the setting deep divers three people and
the cat down the road have been trapped
in an elevator
Oh No exactly now if you are in elevator
there is elevator music and guess what
it is bossa nova music so the first
person actually likes bossa nova music
so even though they’re trapped inside an
elevator they’re like oh this is cool
The Girl From Ipanema I can vibe with
this the second person actually has got
to go to a meeting so this is very
frustrating but more so stressful
they’re like screaming inside and
outside as well and it’s very annoying
as well and the third person their worst
nightmare has come true their worst fear
has come true because they absolutely
hate elevators and now they are trapped
in one you see each one of those people
are dealing with the stressful situation
in a totally different way each one of
those people are feeling totally
different about this stressful situation
the one who’s listening to bossa nova is
more relaxed the one who has to go to a
meeting is stressed out the one who
absolutely hates lifts and elevators is
so stressed out you see deep divers I
shared that with you to tell you stress
has everything to do with how you feel
stress is a feeling stress is a hormone
cortisol right stress being a feeling
means that stress can never be permanent

have you stayed up really late stressing
over your life Ralph I’ve got bills to
pay
relationship difficulties exams and then
you realize you’ve got to go to sleep
you got to go to bed and for those few
hours you stop stressing and then you
wake up then you’re stressed again so
that shows you stress can never ever be
permanent all is temporary any time deep
divers I’m going through a stressful
situation I’m like Ralph you’ve got this
this too shall pass it can’t last
forever what is my power right now if
I’m going through a stressful situation
what is my power because a lot of us
feel we are powerless I’m here to tell
you you are powerful your power is your
response how you respond to a situation
a stressful situation can literally can
literally can literally change the
stressful situation itself
you see stress is a delay stress is an
interference I remember always driving
to the beach right going down PCH
Pacific Coast Highway and one time I had
to meet some friends and the car broke
down
I’m like this sucks this actually sucks
I was stressed out because I had to meet
those friends that day at that time I
knew I was gonna be late and this was
overwhelming me
and guess what deep divers I was stuck
there for hours and guess what I didn’t
get to see them it was stressful really
stressful and then I turned on the radio
listening to some classical music all of
a sudden I’m feeling less stressed
because I changed my response I changed
my focus you see you can’t change what
has already happened you can only change
how you respond to it instead of
focusing on what’s happened to you focus
on what you can learn from the situation
focus on how you can help other people
deal with that same situation you went
through because now you’ve gone through
it now you know what works and what
doesn’t

us when we are stressed out we are
rushing somewhere we have in our mind we
have to accomplish this goal we have to
accomplish this goal and if we if we
don’t do it Ralph I’m gonna be so
stressed out right stress is linked
anxiety stress doesn’t just appear
stress happens before you come to that
situation that stresses you out a lot of
stressful situations are happening every
single day to all of us
right it’s just that our attitude is
totally different more so some of us
have found our purpose some of us
haven’t when I didn’t know my purpose I
would get into a stressful situation and
this would be the end of the world oh no
now because I know my purpose if I get
delayed if things don’t go my way I’m
like okay so what I’ve lost this I’ve
lost that but I haven’t lost myself mmm

am I can lose money I can lose equipment
but I Know Who I am so I can get it all

breathing breathe from the base of your

your head up realize that the tension
building up inside of you is not in your

sudden you realize that this situation
is temporary this situation does not
define who I am I’m so much greater than
