good I’m not really concerned about what

concentrating and you’re like oh my gosh
because I’m thinking about something
else
so one sense at the time is stay focused
look at what you are seeing okay or
touch something can really immerse
yourself in that experience or smell

at a time because so long as we are
always trying to like do multiple things
at once multitask
we aren’t meditating because we’re not
fully absorbed in the present moment

other things gosh I’ve got to pay bills
I gotta do this I gotta go here so
you’re not really eating you’re thinking
of various other things therefore
allowing yourself to become disturbed so
to meditate this practice I practice
every single day is to just eat when I’m
hungry I just eat when I’m thirsty I
just drink I’m not thinking of other
things and that’s how you meditate and
also get to stuff a whole load of grapes
in your mouth and stuff

think oh I thought a negative thought
around I am that so now you are stuck in

and overthinking so I stopped judging my
thoughts is good or bad they’re just
thoughts and they aren’t me

I develop total body awareness yoga is
meditation it means union so once you
are exercising moving into your body
doing a little samba baby you are
meditating and you don’t even know it

like I skateboard and I meditate ice I

swimming and I’m meditating cuz I’m
developing I’m cultivating in the here
and now total body awareness I’m
actually feeling my body move around if
