you’re watching one of my videos and now
the cat down the road is coming to piss
on you don’t worry about it how to heal
yourself with yoga morph attraction
powerful let’s just well breathing
getting that good ahh sprouter baby so
that’s the question that came in someone
else Ralph yes how can I heal myself
with yoga can you talk about yoga what
do you know about yoga
do you practice yoga whoa slow down slow
down relax I love yoga of course I do
I’m a deep dive a baby deep divers do
you sometimes also wake up with
goosebumps like myself and see your yoga
mat and be like ah yoga and we even had
breakfast yeah can I get a hello pair so
let me share with you what’s helped me
along my journey Yoga has transformed my
life in the most amazing way I’m happier
I look younger I got more energy more
flexibility because I do slow motion
that side right Yoga has transformed my
life for the better now what is yoga
what does yoga mean Yoga is a Sanskrit
word which means connection which means
unity Yoga is a state of meditation
slow motion inside because a lot of the
times we think Yoga is just someone
holding a yoga mat with yoga pants and
that’s only one aspect of yoga which
we’ll come to later
yoga’s ultimate aim is to give you a
connection to the divine it’s to make
you more insightful so so many medical
studies about the wonders of yoga
Harvard studies how Yoga Yoga reduces
anxiety Yoga reduces depression improves
your mental cognition it does wonders
okay in fact there was a Harvard doctor
his research is fascinating dr. James
east dull which showed that just eight
weeks of yoga decreased clinical
visitations by 43%
okay so Yoga will actually save you
money which you would have spent on
medical bills okay how did we get the
yoga we have right now he goes back
thousands of years the ancient Hindu
texts the Vedas
going all the way back to the Indus
Valley they mentioned yoga that yoga was
all about unity it’s a connection but
doorway to infinite possibilities about
2,000 years you had the father of yoga
Patanjali who talked about the Yoga
Sutras okay and he mentioned the eight
limbs of yoga which is really what yoga
is about which we’ll come to later and
I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10
years and he has changed my life how did
we get Yoga in the West
Vivekananda bought yoga to the West in
the late 1800s he was also a friend of
Tesla okay they had conversations about
free energy okay and his master was
Ramakrishna so here we are today and
what kind of yoga should i do Ralf you
have hatha yoga which is great for
beginners hair which is Sun in sanskrit
thaw is moon hath our Sun and Moon a
unification between masculine and
feminine energy slow motion this side
[Music]
Sun Salutations light movements with
breath work okay
you also have vinyasa which is a very
advanced form of yoga you’re focusing on
your breath your breathing but also
doing the assignments the postures you
have Ashtanga Yoga which is all about
the asanas the different postures and
poses with breathing techniques okay
you have Tantra yoga which is not just
about getting it on
it’s Tantra actually means weave to
weave in the Sanskrit so it’s about when
you’re combining all of these different
styles of yoga together to make it work
for you you got bit crammed yoga bit
crammed was a great yoga master which is
hot yoga
oh so hot here Bikram yoga
this is hot yoga you do at 105 degrees
great for weight loss improving your
cardiovascular health and then you have
a anga yoga okay I younger another great
yoga master who really peers Yoga was
all about paying attention to detail the
precision and alignment of your asana
poses okay so here we are today and a
lot of people especially in the West
right now is very cool to do yoga you
see someone with a yoga mat and that’s
only one aspect of yoga asanas the
physical movement but Yoga is meditation
it’s an inner experience and that’s
explained in eight limbs of yoga the
first limb is the Yama
which means control and the eight limbs
which was devised by Patanjali the
father of yoga so Yama the first limb
it’s all about control how you are
interacting with society okay and it’s
about kindness it’s also about
truthfulness non-violence non excess
what else non attachment does wonders so
every single day realize that yoga
always has a deeper meaning the second
limb of yoga is what the knee armor
which once again it’s all about how you
connect with yourself is a personal
connection okay and that has principles
within itself okay which are purity
contentment
[Music]
self-discipline knowing thyself in front
of every temple is said know thyself in
ancient Egypt self study surrender okay
then you have the third limb of yoga
which is the asanas which is the kind of
yoga you see in the West the physical
poses is great for improving flexibility
okay
handstands and you’re so focusing on
your breath work asana is a super
powerful I’m practicing asanas every
single day to get into alignment okay
then the hope limb of yoga is the
pranayama my favorite whoa breathing in
that good ass prana baby ok the
pranayama prana means life force in the
Sanskrit breath we’re talking about the
ethers the primordial life force all
around us and the great Vivekananda said
that when you because prana means breath
life force yama means control so breath
control when you are mastering these
breathing techniques while also moving
your body it’s not just about increasing
the oxygen flow within your body
it’s about absorbing the vital essences
of the air
slow motion inside
[Music]
what’s the fifth limb of yoga baby baby
we’re just having fun
the pratyahara which means withdrawing
your senses right when you are like the
great psychologist fritz pearl said
losing your mind and coming to your
senses a withdrawal from your senses
okay you are letting golf outside world
and you are having an inner experience
and that’s what yoga is so every single
day with the pranayama and the pret
Yahara okay I’m not just shallow shallow
breathing right from the top of my chest
no I’m deep breathing right right from
the base of my spine like babies do okay
so I’m really well breathing in that
good a stronger baby but also
withdrawing going on the journey within
as opposed to being distracted on the
outside world you see when we talk of
really going on the journey within seven
days Egon challenged many of us were not
even eating we’re not even masticating
our food we’re not curing properly
because we’re so focused on other things
therefore allowing ourselves to become
disturbed so for me Yoga is all about
yoga is all about absorbing yourself in
the present moment okay and you can do
this by eating healthier plant-based
plain and simple you can do this by
eating a healthier plant based diet your
cucumbers you spin into your kale your
watercress your lemons and limes your
peaches and mangoes but if you are
really conscious about what you are
eating okay you are now having a holy
communion with your food you’re now
actually withdrawing from the
distractions outside the internet
actually focusing on your food which
goes on to the sixth limb of yoga which
is the karana which means concentration
concentration when you are truly focused
on the present moment there is no past
and no future that’s what yoga is once
again Yoga is a state of mind okay so
it’s super powerful
you can practice getting into the
present moment by really just being
alone spend time being alone get to know
yourself get unified within yourself the
greatest relationship you can have
exists within yourself slow motion this
type what’s the seventh limb of yoga
dahana right Dhyana Dhyana not Dhyana
Dhyana okay which is all about
meditation
once again diana is about total
meditation what is meditation once again
being in the here and now being and
having an intimate relationship with the
present moment so many times once again
Yoga is not just about how many poses
you can do if you can do the splits or
not Yoga is an inner experience
as well as an outer experience but it
all starts on the inside okay I’m lost
viii lim of yoga okay it is the samadhi
okay which is really the highest form of
yoga okay because it’s all about
absorption
it’s what the great Krishnamurti said
the observer is now the observed slow
motion inside in the samadhi which is a
limb of yoga there is no ego the ego
dissolves okay and that’s why Yoga is
not just about how you look if you’ve
got on yoga pants Yoga Yoga is not just
about how you look if you’ve got yoga
pants on or not
Yoga is about losing your ego that’s why
the great yogic masters the great Yogi’s
okay they aren’t concerned about how
they looked
do they have yoga pants on or not know
they were having a spiritual experience
that’s what yoga is all about it’s about
connecting you to the divine to show you
you are a multi-dimensional being having
the human
curving oh my gosh a human experience
and once you realize that Deep Diver
soil you just say fails don’t get to be
a live baby can I get a hello there
beautiful deep divers we are out here
chillaxing in the hardened nature have a
beautiful day we’re just no breathing in
that good ass prana baby if you’ve got a
question Instagram are infinite waters
is the best place infinite waters diving
deep once again stay well stay healthy
peace
you okay now everyone’s got out their
yoga mat great let’s have some yoga fun baby
