people in the world have demotivated
days until they hear that small voice
which grows louder and says you can’t go
out like that

single day with no motivation to do
anything you can’t be bothered even to
brush your teeth Oh how’s it going that

are you losing energy everything to you

yourself losing enthusiasm losing the
will to go on and now you’re not even

like I know what it’s like to be
demotivated and sometimes you’re like oh

almost as if your entire life force has
been sucked out of you nothing interests
you anymore the will to go on
is no longer there the will to bounce
back is no longer there well it’s about
to be there I’m gonna share with you
what helped me get out of a demotivated
rut to be motivated again so I could
become my greatest version I’m here to
tell you that you have to allow off days
okay you can’t be flying high all the
time sometimes you need to fly low okay
sometimes you are going to be
demotivated and I’m here to tell you
that is perfectly natural because you
can’t be go-go-go all the time and
sometimes you really do you really do
need to hit rock bottom to really
appreciate all of the wonderful times so
anytime I have a demotivated day I’m
like that’s cool
however if it keeps happening I realize
there’s something I have to do about it
and here’s what I do deep divers I
realize this I’ve got to start doing
more things that put a smile on my face
because a lot of us we find ourselves to
be demotivated right now because we’re
not satisfied with the life we’re living
we’re not living a fulfilled life we are
settling and we know it therefore we
don’t have any energy for it
because our heart is not really in it

me along my journey was something I call
expansion zone okay
the expansion zone is to say actually
does this have a future or does this not
have a future can I see myself doing
this in the next ten years in the heart
of nature absolutely I’m gonna be there
chillin with a cat down the road I’m
gonna be here baby
what motivates me deep divers is the
long term not the short term and it’s
because I see that what I’m doing has a
huge expansion zone there are so many
possibilities opportunities and
potentialities I have right now just
doing this if however you are living a
lifestyle where there is no expansion
zone you’re boxed in you know this does
not have a future it’s no wonder why you
feel demotivated so you have to start
allowing yourself to do more things that
put a smile on your face more things
that have a chance to grow for you okay

deep divers I’ve been there done that

I’m totally motivated right now why
because I found the magic formula what
is my magic formula as soon as I wake up
deep divers I’m out of the house that’s
right I’m skating then I’m going for a
walk that I’m doing a bit of running
sometimes I’m getting active if you are
demotivated right now if you want be
motivated right now I’m here to tell you
you got to get physical that’s right as
soon as you wake up go to the gym as
soon as you wake up go outside and
whoa get high of that good ass prana
baby you see your demotivation lives in
a place a lot of the times it could be
our bedroom it could be your office
it could be a place in your mind
mentally which is you feeling sorry for
yourself and having a pity party
inviting the cat down the road and the
cat down the roads like ain’t nobody got
time for that to get out to get to get
out of your demotivated rut you got to
stop feeling sorry for yourself and
realize if I’m healthy I’ve got to start
showing the universe gratitude for this
wonderful body that means as soon as I
wake up I’m gonna go outside I’m gonna
be healthy by exercising okay and now
all of a sudden you feel motivated again
to become your greatest version many
times as well was helped me is to find
this formula which is always putting me
in a state of oh oh what’s gonna happen
next this is exciting right now finding
a formula that is making my life more
interesting so every single day by me
sharing with you wonderful deep divers
interacting with you wonderful deep
divers I never know what anybody’s gonna
tell me next that’s exciting for me
however when I used to live a life which
was so predictable you wake up have
breakfast you go to work you know the
drill you come home same thing what I
call the convey about lifestyle that’s
what will make you be motivated however
every single day my life is full of
surprises
I’m always tweaking my routine because
there is no change in your life without
a change in routine make sure you can
develop a formula which is making you
excited every single day which is
getting you out of bed every single day
when you have something to live for
greater than yourself you will no longer
be demotivated

something to lift for greater than
yourself you will no longer be
demotivated I’m talking about your twin
flame I’m talking about your life
purpose which is so inspiring to you you
just want to rush out of bed and start
fulfilling you every single day that’s
how to get yourself out of a demotivated

magic routine which is actually serving
you what happens when we are demotivated
we focus on the doom the gloom the chaos
and the mess Ralph I can’t be bothered
for anything anymore why is that because
I’m focusing on this massive problem
weighing on me I know what it’s like you
got a choice though you can focus on
what is working or you can focus on your
huh so what I love to do is focus on
what is actually working once again
it’s okay to have an off day no one is
happy 24/7 sometimes you need that time
of solitude for reflection and you can
feel totally lifeless however you’re
gonna bounce back when you remind
yourself to focus on all the other
things that are working for you that you
woke up a lie that you’ve got that you
woke up alive that you’ve got a chance
that these birds are singing as our DJ
it’s pretty awesome okay that’s what
will get you to be more motivated to
become your greatest version and fulfill
your true vision and make it manifest
how to get yourself out of the
demotivated rut I know the feeling when
you don’t want to do anything you just
want to
stay in bed and that’s pretty awesome to
write seven day vegan challenge I’ve
realized this that once I let go of a
sluggish diet which was processed foods
greasy foods foods with a lot of
acrylamide which causes cancer and
really packed my plate full of leafy
greens nuts more fruits more veg more
Ganic foods all of a sudden this boosted
my energy and all of a sudden I was no
longer demotivated it’s amazing what a
few grapes can do every single day
that’s right I am the great man right
the great man okay so we have to start
changing what’s on our plate to get
ourselves out of the demotivated rut
what I love to do deep dive is because a
lot of you are like Ralph do more food
videos well that’s coming but every
single day as soon as I wake up I’m like
let me just drink a delicious smoothie
many times it’s bananas flax seeds okay
some coconut milk okay raspberries on
top chia seeds on top it’s a power drink
and all of a sudden I’ve got the power
like he-man right so we got to start
eating to live to really get ourselves
out of that demotivated rut we have to
make a vow to ourselves that it’s all
about our diet
if you eat sluggish you will feel
sluggish if you eat like an athlete a
world-class athlete like you’ve got a
big game tomorrow you are gonna feel
motivated okay how to get yourself out
of the demotivated rut deep divers I’ve
been there however what got me through
was to realize this i had to expect less
expect less expect less don’t expect
miracles overnight that’s why a lot of
people are disappointed ralph I wanted
it today no great things take time you
gotta learn how
be patient and what’s helped me along my
journey is this deep divers every single
day as soon as I wake up I say this it
could take a long time and I’m okay with
that
therefore I no longer feel demotivated I
feel inspired to run this marathon hmm

in a practical way to get out of that D
motivated rut is to set practical
realistic goals don’t try and do
everything in one day spread yourself
out spread your time out pace yourself
find your own rhythm that works for you
stop competing with everyone stop
comparing yourself with everyone you are
doing good for you track your own
process forget about everybody else’s
this is you against you not you against
the cat down the road and now all of a
sudden what you can do is to stop
thinking of meaningful ways to reward
yourself like if you completed a task
you can give yourself a few grapes and
you do another one you can give yourself
a mango if you do something really
amazing you can fly to meet Ralph smart
yeah how to get out of the demotivated

journey is to realize this there are
gonna be obstacles hard times you are
gonna lose a lot of sleep sometimes and
you are gonna feel tired
exasperated like you want to quit like
you want to give up it’s at that point
you got to realize why you started it’s
at that point you got to realize like
you aren’t finished you can be the
masterpiece and the work in progress at
the same time the universe is not
finished with you your story has not
even begun you can choose how this story
is gonna go
you can choose to quit and live
wondering what would have happened or
you can persevere to go through with it
even though it’s hard right now it can’t
be like that forever
the blue skies are gonna come back the
beautiful weather is gonna come back
sometimes you’re gonna have to go
through droughts you’re gonna have to
feel demotivated but if you can pass
severe if you can persevere that next
day is gonna be wonderful
that’s how you get your motivation back
by not quitting by not giving up because
you put too much into this for you to
quit right now how deep diamonds to get
yourself out of a D motivated run what’s
helped me along my journey is to talk to
someone you can learn so much from other
people’s experiences wisdom is when you
learn from other people’s experiences so
you don’t have to make the same mistakes

that you will feel demotivated when you
are overwhelming yourself you will feel
motivated when you realize there is no
rush

you can take as much time as you want to

comparing your life
to someone else’s because if you keep
comparing yourself to the top the top

about yourself you’re gonna feel
demotivated the only person you should
attempt to be better than is who you
were yesterday that’s how you get your
motivation back I’ve realized this deep
divers that all you got to do is put one
step you got to put one foot in front of
the other you got to put one foot in
front of the other you’re gonna take one
step at a time it doesn’t matter how
fast you go just as long as you go so
