right now I see a lot of people who are
loving themselves more who are eating
healthier foods who are exercising more
but I love seeing how art is a
reflection of life and it’s amazing just
to see your work and how we can use art
to help us become the greatest version
of ourselves yeah for sure I mean art is
life essentially we’re all constantly
co-creating in this beautiful
masterpiece and we’re all the artists of
it so it’s really special and it’s just
a constant progress you know life is a
constant piece of art in progress so I
love it I see that because I see that
you are an artist each and every one of
us therefore we have to become conscious
of what we are creating with our words
our thoughts and actions and in your
artwork I see there is so much symbolism
it shows the universal principles
there’s I love some more symbols so
powerful and they really help raise the
frequencies and especially with the
intention I’ve used it with so different
symbols hold different states of
consciousness and by meditating and
consciously connect connecting to it you
can actually receive more of that
consciousness within your life within
your mind and your feelings so it’s
great right and I loved how I talked of
the 7 home Eric principles the principle
of rhythm polarity gender and I see this
all throughout your artwork and what I
love though is the range of colors you
use and what I’ve seen in becoming the
greatest version of yourself is that
what we wear can affect how we feel
color affects moods and I see in your
artwork there is so much contrast and
such a variation of tone yeah yeah just
see in the spectrum altogether it was
really healing so you’ve got all of the
rainbow colors together that’s what I
used throughout my work and it’s very
very healing just to see and to embody
into your own self you know it
represents the chakras so it’s one of
the things as well like with you know in
the corporate world you’ve got everyone
wears black or gray and it’s very low
low low frequency no one’s really
wearing color and it’s like a uniform
rain isn’t it so yeah color is the best
way to raise your frequency it’s one of
them and look into it and see how it
really helps expanding your
consciousness I’ve seen is it’s all
about having fun
not being so stiff and rigid but
loosening up and in your artwork I see
that there is a hundred percent
santé city you are staying true to who
you are and I feel that’s the hardest
thing to do in society which is
constantly trying to change you how do
we stay hmm who we are
yeah well I’m a bit of a rebel so I
don’t like following the shoe can I go
my own way you know so it’s one of them
things where you should constantly go
within go within and you know you’ll
find who you really are and meditation
is great so yeh just meditate and and
you’ll find your true fan tissa tea and
you love crystals
I love crystals and crystals are a great
way to expand your consciousness because
crystals help absorb energy yeah and
they give energy as well give energy
it’s wonderful and yeah crystals in your
home Crystal’s wearing crystals crystal
healing super is super and because they
have their own geometric structure it
really helps raise the frequency in the
best ways and they’re wonderful I love
crystals wonderful and how her self-love
helped you create better art because I’m
always telling people love yourself a
hundred percent for goodness gracious

yourself you know you you’re you you
don’t care you just express yourself the
way that needs it needs to come out so
you know love yourself and express be

about being a transformer being an
alchemist I see that in your work from
moving from a negative state to a
positive state and how do you feel
alchemy can be used in our everyday
lives in a very practical way
yeah well basically art is alchemy i
well i create art with that intention to
you know raise consciousness so it comes
out through my work
so alchemy can be used through up to
actually raise the vibration and you
know symbols as well it’s alchemy is
everything basically you can its an
alchemical tool you can use it in every
way so yeah it’s there and what I love
about your work is that it’s a reminder
that the Divine Feminine and the divine
masculine lives in all of us and it’s
all about the union which gives us our
true power yes yes the divine feminine
and masculine play a big part in our
growth as a as a being here so having
that balance and the harmony between you
know and that connection between both of
them in the right way actually helps our
ascension process and that evolution you
know actually propels forward a lot more
faster when we have that union great so
