asked how to be a man some advice about
manhood growing up in this busy world
what’s helped me along my journey is
first and foremost to ask ourselves what
is a man if I ask you you might say a
man is a provider a man is a protector
but this is a function this is what a
man does it is not who a man is because
once you delve deeper and you begin to
pierce the veil you see that underneath
all of us is just energy so I use ten
principles which helps me to become the
greatest version of myself and being a
man is about being whole so it is in
essence very similar to being a woman
the first one is all about letting go of
stereotypes a lot of us when I was
growing up I had a lot of friends they
were into going into the gym working out
and that was too much for me a lot of
men right now we are socially
conditioned to repress our emotions to
suppress our emotions to hide our
emotions to always act serious be like
stone be like glass but glass shatters
so we have to remove any stereotype we
have in our head
of what it is to be a man because there
are billions of men on the planet and
each one is totally different so you
have to not let society tell you what
you are you have to give yourself your
own unique definition number two is to
question all authority and this is
what’s helped me along my journey I
remember reading books by Carlos
Castaneda and the books are a lot about
the way of the warrior and it is talking
about how we have to let go of society’s
expectations in essence we have to break
free of the social consensus the
consensus reality and we have to see
them it’s all from our family it’s all
from the TV but how do we see the world
we have to question the authority even
of religion why are you bowing down to
another man you have to question the
authority of even earning a lot of money
a lot of us men
we are told growing up that success is
about how large your bank account is
very interesting men are the looking
glass for women to see their beauty and
women are the looking glass for men to
see their power and we have to start
breaking this programming to free

all of these are inspirations to me and
these are all people who are about
becoming the greatest versions of
themselves by questioning our reality
and making the world a better place
number three is
putting your relationship second and
many men out there we are so in love I
am so in love all the time and it is
beautiful
just to hunt the one you love but what I
found was help me along my journey is to
see that the higher purpose is to serve
humanity at large not just the person
you’re in a relationship with you have
to transcend that it is bigger than that
number four is all about mastering your
sexual energy channeling your sexual
energy in essence moving from the mind
brain into your heart space and the
great paradox of manhood is that the
highest form of manhood is when you
embrace your feminine essence that is
why you have a lot of singers who are
male and they are singing in a really
high pitch this is so attractive to
women because we both have men and women
have masculine and feminine principles
within themselves in essence we are one
so once you start seeing if you see an
attractive woman see them as a sister
they could be your cousin how would you
like it if someone was looking at your
daughter like that we have to start
seeing it from that perspective and
number five is all about confidence
confidence emanates from the Latin pond
feed airy which means to trust being a
man is all about trusting yourself but
more so being a man is all about being
it is where we let go of gender
gender is the massive illusion once we
can see that confidence is all about
having this self belief in yourself and
then you move past the belief into the
knowing where you can talk and you are
not afraid to stand up for what you

turn the other cheek we want to turn a
blind eye and love everyone and that is
beautiful but at the same time look at
your body you have the immune system
that is your resistance so we also have
to embrace the divine masculine anger is

seven is all about honoring all life
forms respect your mother that’s what

way to overcome fear is to start
changing what you are putting into your
mouth when we go back to the last point
honoring all life that is why I stopped
eating me because I love cats I love
dogs so why am I going to kill another

protect human beings you protect every
single life form which you are greater
than I love animals
so when we talk of facing your fear we
have to move into our body develop that
