us like our bodies I hate my body my
body is not good enough few people I
feel actually really loved their body
the human body their naked body because
so many of us when we talk of the
feminine principle and the masculine
principle when we talk of male and
female a lot of us we’ve been raised
that the body is something dirty the
body is something to be ashamed of so in
essence what’s happened essentially is
that many of us we have been living in
sexual repression where our body is
never good enough we always feel
inadequate and for me I feel it’s about
honoring the body the sacred space the
sacred temple really it’s all about
honoring our body because essentially
the body never lies and the body is
always an indicator to our internal
condition the body is a vehicle and when
we talk of the masculine and feminine
principles a lot of the times I find
that there’s nothing more attractive in
a woman especially the yin energy when
the woman actually embodies the essence
of the rose and I made a video of that
before but essentially when we talk of
the body a lot of times you can tell
when a woman has captured the essence of
the rose because of her relationship to
her body
how does she view her body how does she
treat her body
how does she see her body just the same
with a man how does he see his body how
does he treat his body and I feel a lot
of us on this planet we have neglected
our bodies we have and this in essence
has also affected and it’s also played
an impact on the energies the feminine
energy is the masculine energies which
are permeating the body and in essence
it’s just like a lot of people they
could be you can have a very
woman but at the same time if she’s
smoking if she’s polluting her sacred
temple she’s not really honoring her
body so therefore the feminine principle
cannot really live there can’t dwell
there
what is creation this merging between
the masculine and feminine energies this
dance of life creation in my mind can
only take place when you have the right
environment and the body being a temple
it’s not who we are but in essence is
the vehicle is the temple so therefore
we have to treat treat it well and for
any creation to take place you need the
right environment just like a plant
which is growing you need sunlight you
need water and all of these things I
feel help cultivate the energies the
masculine and feminine energy so for me
it’s it’s always wonderful just to see
women who are really in tune with their
bodies who really take care of their
bodies and realize the greater
significance their bodies actually hold
to actually being symbols of inspiration
and even a lot of men who have it’s
because a lot of men realize okay money
is power so I don’t really need to look
after my body oh that’s something which
women do but at the same time
in essence the body is also a symbol to
our internal condition so therefore a
lot of men also have to realize that you
can’t be overweight and say I’m I’m
happy because the body never lies the
body will always tell us and will always
show us what we hide with our words
because words have been used to hide the
truth but the body which is the living
canvas which life is displayed upon
doesn’t lie so I just feel that when we
talk of feminine masculine energies
essentially it’s all about honoring the
body and the sacred temple really that’s
the only way we can actually use and
create more life to flourish because
sexual energy is creative energy
and the more and more we realize that
code evading our bodies is really just
reflecting how we actually feel about
everything around us we just see the
relationship between everything and for
me that’s what it is it’s just about me

have to realize their bodies are symbols
of transformation on all levels and
