holistic approach to fear?


hello everybody today I’m going to be
talking about fear now what exactly is
fear because it seems to affect each one
of us at some point in our lives so
let’s just explore what exactly it is
well straight away a quote springs to
mind a wonderful doctor by the name of
Joule pogrom stated that fear is a self
created feeling based on the pseudo
realization that one does not have the
capacity to overcome a perceived
experience so the key words in that
quote is fear
is a self-created feeling now that’s
very important because that means fear
can never be imposed on us but we can
only impose fear within ourselves
therefore nobody is responsible for your
that means fear is an illusion it’s not
an actual reality but it’s a perceived
reality so you think it’s real but it’s
not so today I actually want to talk
about a few things that I think
influence fear and these are really
really subtle things that I just
observed the first one I’m going to talk
about is nutrition now I think that
people really overlook nutrition what
you eat you know we all know the thing
you are what you eat but I mean how many
people actually take this seriously
I mean my view is that we’re all
connected in this world and that
everything you eat
is beneficial to you in some way or it’s
not beneficial to you in some way you
know you don’t eat for nothing I think
that food is light because it’s chemical
energy so therefore it’s highly relevant
in how you think feel and act so I think
that when you’re dealing and looking at
fear I think that if we’re taking a
holistic approach you also have to look
at nutrition so you have to look at
things that you’re eating for instance
if you’re eating animal products that in
my view is gonna influence a fearful
stay in you I’m not going to say I’m not
going to say it’s going to make you
fearful but it’s going to influence a
stay in you because what actually
happens is that when you eat something that’s been butchered in inhumane
