asking me Ralph what’s your new year’s
resolution tell me what is my new year’s
resolution I’m sorry to disappoint you
deep divers I have none that’s right I
don’t make new year’s resolutions why
Ralph let me tell you why a lot of
people say I’m gonna do this and I’m
gonna do that and that is fantastic I
often say that too it’s just that there
is so much pressure on so many people
right at the start of the year I must do
this I must lose weight I must find the
woman of my dreams
I must find and marry the man of my
dreams I must make more money I must be
happier do you know what you are doing
with all of those must do this and must
do that you are putting the tremendous
pressure on yourself you are
overwhelming yourself
now the word resolution
is when you are firm when you make a
firm decision to do something or not but
if we actually go back the word
resolution emanates from the Latin
resolve theory which means to loosen to
undo to set free and for me that’s what
the true New Year’s resolution is all
about it’s about setting ourselves free
from pressure and allowing ourselves to
be I’m not gonna say I’m gonna do this
this year next year
why because I’m gonna make it a life
plan and that’s really how we set
ourselves free we take the pressure off
when we say to ourselves I’m not gonna
do something in the new year I’m gonna
make it
a life plan
there is a saying which says never make
a promise when you’re happy for me deep
divers I’m wishing you a Happy New Year
but it’s all about realizing a
resolution is all about setting
ourselves free to our true authenticity
and then deep divers well we just say
Phil so get to be a live baby can I get
