first kiss and it’s been going around
about 20 strangers kissing each other
for the first time and it’s really
captured the hearts of the world it’s
really compelling
I found it inspiring and when I was
watching it it made me feel and think
that so many of us we are disconnected
in our everyday life and the reason why
this film has become so popular is
because it is wonderful to see people
embrace themselves in the moment and
some people say well they are models
they all look perfect that’s not the
point the point is the message that we
have to break down these barriers we
have in front of us I received a
question from a guy in his 20s saying
that how can he love someone who does
not love themselves because in the
beginning of their relationship
everything was beautiful just like the
first kiss moment but we have to realize
that relationships are about ups and
downs laughs and tears so it takes a lot
of work first of all we have to see that
the greatest relationship we can have is
with ourselves so if we’re in a
relationship where someone is not
we have to remind ourselves there’s
nothing that we can do that can make
someone love themselves all we can do is
work on ourselves to become the greatest
versions of ourselves in hope that that
inspires them once you give people space
to come into their true authentic self
they begin to blossom because once we
are just there loving someone too much
too much too much we may be preventing
their growth and that is why it is so
powerful to always keep your love
reciprocal 50/50 take responsibility
that you are choosing to love this
person who doesn’t love themselves and
be happy that you can be there as a
support network for that person and
people develop that self-love for
themselves once they start moving more
into their passion once they start
accepting themselves a hundred percent
and they can only do this when they stop
comparing themselves to other people
what’s so magical about the first kiss
moment because many of us in
relationships that’s all we want we want
to go back to that moment it was magical
but that takes a lot of work more so the

was because it focused on the moment and
that is the secret for long-lasting
relationships

us inner relationships we are bringing
