peas and Finnish waters diving deep once
again this is sexology water fire hot
cold in yang expectations vs. reality
relationship advice I’ve been there so
many expectations I saw the reality
totally different sometimes for the
better sometimes for the worse many of
us we’re dreaming of this amazing person
then wake up now we see the reality and
we want to go back to sleep
no five areas have helped me see how
expectations versus reality works
the first one is once even if you’re
single or you’re in a relationship many
of us we have wants and desires and this
is amazing because this is what keeps
that passion in our hearts but what we
must realize is that not everyone can
supply our wants and needs and we have
to be okay with that
many of us we want someone to be perfect
not realizing that are we perfect we
have to ask ourselves these questions
because we have that expectation then we
see the reality that people are energy
and energy is frequency
it’s variation so what I’ve seen is that
when you let go of your wants you also
let go of your anxiety and now you can
accept people who they are that is the
reality
number two is all about the real
intention because when we talk of the
water relationship when you have a real
intention which means that you’re coming
from your heart space this allows you to
let go of expectation because you are
not wanting to get anything from that
person you are offering yourself to that
person with nothing in return
but what happens is many of us we have
fake intentions we see someone who looks
beautiful on the outside but when we
dive deeper and see what’s on the inside
is a whole nother story that’s where we
get the reality check and the water
relationship is all about holding the
space allowing that other person to
become the greatest versions of
themselves because the fake intention is
all about where we are trying to mold
this person just likely into something
that they are not and that expectation
creates a lot of problems in
relationships because we can’t change
anyone we can only accept them for who
they are a hundred percent and this is
how sacred relationships grow the third
area is all about the pedestal and you
someone is more beautiful than me
someone is more handsome than me so when
you see someone we are nervous a lot of
the times if we are approaching someone
and when you place someone on a pedestal
even if you are in a relationship what
happens is now the relationship is not
reciprocal so there are problems because
we expect so much and now we see the
reality the expectation is that this
person is superior this person is more
powerful but the reality is that no this
person is just a human being and when we
stop placing people on pedestals we see
the reality that’s why when we talk of
approaching people in dating if you play
someone on altar now there’s a distance
between both of you so there’s gonna be
fear in a protein think about it
number four is entitlement many of us
who are in relationships we get lazy and
the secret of a great relationship is
communication trust appreciation passion
fun and when we just feel that someone
belongs to us we create more expectation
and the reality is that nobody belongs
to us and it frees you
when we are single we feel entitlement
that when we approach someone they
should respond in a positive way that’s
the expectation but the reality is who
the hell are you and we have to be ok
with that because self-love is the
greatest form of love it begins within
yourself and this helps you to love
other people and lastly it’s to look at
the 10-second rule for many people who
are dealing with approach anxiety we
have this expectation and this is
created because we are focusing on
starting a conversation with someone
else so in that delay period you’re
building up more fear more fear equals
more pressure on yourself so the 10
second rule is that if you see someone
who you are attracted to 10 seconds
that’s it you have to go and talk to
them because now you let off
expectations the images the illusions
and you see the reality and you may get
on with them you may not but it saved a
lot of time thinking about who they may
be you have freed yourself
I see relationships as layers and there
are so many layers
you have to just strip away the layers
to reach someone on their heart level
whenever I meet someone I want to know
what kind of food you’re eating what
you’re listening to what makes you laugh
what makes you smile
it’s about diving deeper to let go of
the expectations and see the reality but
there you have it
expectations versus reality let me know
