awakening because it’s an ongoing
process number one you are becoming
aware of your body mind and spirit and
seeing the connection between the three
your mental and emotional state governs
your physical state and therefore we
have to realize how important our
thoughts are also we have to see what
are we putting inside our bodies are we
respecting the animals on the earth are
we breathing deep from our diaphragm in
essence we are becoming sensitive to our

we are becoming transformers we are

more aware of the media oh the TV the
newspapers we are seeing that this is a

are channeling in information we are
seeing now it’s all an act

so we are beginning to develop critical
thinking you can’t accept everything you
read we have to become natural because
how the media work is that they work on
your emotions because they know the
masses are addicted to hope change
change change and fear a disaster here a
disaster there so we have to let love
guide us and not fear and that is an

following a hearts desire we are
beginning to love ourselves
a hundred percent we are beginning to
accept ourselves a hundred percent going
on that holiday doing what we’ve always
wanted many of us if you’re
at that stage in your life where you
might have to go to college or
university it’s hard because we’re
living in two worlds right now on the
planet many people are beginning to see
that we came here to be free so you have
to ask yourself how will this help me
become the greatest version of myself
because a lot of the times we might find
out it’s a big scam they’re giving you
things to study but we have to be
studying ourselves study everything by
study yourself first because true
liberation always comes from within
wisdom comes from within
so we have to become aware of all of

magnificent people people who uplift our
spirit and our energy levels connect
with people who remind you who you are
and there are so many amazing spirits I
