Tai Chi
I think you need to understand about the “Tai Chi” is
It changes according to the context.
So, in some places, they teach as the art of war.
In some places, they teach the art as a therapeutic.
In some places they teach as meditation and movement.
In some places it exercises longevity and can be a combination of those things.
And I think here what we’re interested in it, where the focus is on the movement as hoped.
So we do in the way is very serious and playful way.
The focus is on to be present.
And energy in order to move.
We have classes in the morning.
Most likely for beginners.
We go out and we may practice early in the morning in the beautiful Buddha gully.
It’s kind of the biggest and most beautiful in the world, I think.
And, we just have to start
Soft introduction to Tai Chi.
We do style – Yang 24 movement, which is the shape of Luxor in style – Yang.
And, if you’re here for a few weeks, then you can truly go through the whole shape …
.. And, basically, in order to support the energy move.
Therefore, we move the body for movement by inviting the Chinese “qi” support, what we call “energy”.
And do movements in a very smooth way, a very slow way.
So … where we have to have more time to …
A sense of awareness in the movement, and in the consciousness that we begin to energy.
When you begin to feel energy, it begins to become the experience of the ultimate happiness.
