yes it’s early in the morning and I am
laying on a cardboard and I’m gonna tell
you why because this used to be in my
world for long time that’s what I used
to do for living for a while let me show
you what I’m looking at right now here’s
what I’m looking at right now now you
can enjoy this beauty get the whole
transmission oh this is a Hummer you’re
looking at here okay and this is what I
used to do for living when I was in the
army my hands look like this this is
what a hand is supposed to look like
early in the morning it was pretty
embarrassing because it’s not that bad
but uh you know I love me in a Hummer
mechanic I used to lay down here for
hours hours a hundred hour a week work
with was normal for us running with my
buddies Braxton Felix you know a bunch
of those guys and you know sometimes we
forget 100 hours a week we made 800
bucks a month after taxes 600 bucks is
what was left to us at 18 years old
that’s what 400 hours a month buck fifty
an hour about fifty an hour and we had
the time of our lives
I mean really it was the greatest time
of our life because I would not trade
that for the world I got a funny story
for you one time I remember I was
working on a starter and I was rushed
was what can understand it with this
long wrench and you know Braxton would
tell me it was my year
motor purrs sergeant don’t let the
wrench touch any metallic thing while
you’re working on the starter and it did
honestly I mean I was so shocked the
sound was so loud everybody showed up in
time thinking Patrick was electrocuted
and I was in such shock that I remember
the movie powder I don’t know if you
remember the movie
memories to hold of him what he didn’t
do too big of a thing when the guy was
struck by lightning I felt for a week I
was powder and sometimes I think we
forget that in anything we do we got to
be really bad pathetic and embarrassing
because all my buddies laughed at me
like you wouldn’t believe and then
eventually I became the best mechanic in
our unit and was proud to take care of
our zombies and Hummers for our CEO and
co and Captain major etc and said it was
it was an honor to do that but what have
you doing if you’re better if you
terrible out if you embarrass yourself
yet that’s good that’s the first step if
you haven’t done I didn’t mean trying
anything anyways just wanted to share
with you what my home looked like for
nearly three years in the Army have a good day
