I’m captured by the view host of I came
in and today I want to talk to you about
intelligence
you ever hear people say he is very
intelligent he is very bright or smart
and we say okay that’s great a person
smart why he got a degree or she got a
degree or she did this or she did that
recently I met with Robert Kiyosaki and
he gave me a book to read that he just
recently wrote called eight lessons and
military leadership for entrepreneurs
highly highly highly recommend you
reading this book whether you’re in the
military or not it’s valuable and can
you put a link in picture of this up as
well Paul I was with them a couple
months ago if you haven’t seen the
interview let’s put the link up as well
up here and I being together in his
office spending a couple hours with him
he talked about a new book is working on
second chance that came out about how to
predict the future but in this book he
describes intelligence in a way that I
really was inspired and compelled to
want to share it with everybody else he
any any breaks it down and what’s the
most important level of intelligence and
then what’s the least important amount
of intelligence the first one he talks
about the highest level he says
spiritual intelligence is above all the
most important what does he mean by this
spiritual intelligence is not somebody
that prays every day who goes to church
every Sunday will reach the Bible every
day or you know go say they committed
devout Mormon or LDS or you know Jehovah
seven-date not at all it had nothing to
do with religion spiritual intelligence
is somebody that has an unwavering faith
and will that something’s going to take
place and logical people have a very
hard time with this person because they
see this person as a con artist but that
person’s a got a very high spiritual
intelligence he’s already seen it
like this is possible we’re going to go
out and pull it off spiritual
intelligence is the highest level of
intelligence they have the willpower to
get an army or a group of people to say
we can pull this up we can do this let’s
go get it and it’s a consistent thing
that’s the highest level called
spiritual intelligence General MacArthur
once said a quote he said it is fatal to
enter a war without the will to win it
the will is spiritual intelligence we
can do this we can pull this up let’s go
it’s not the logical all the other stuff
it’s how we can go pull this up and
everybody buys into it second level of
intelligence he describes is the
emotional intelligence this is somebody
who knows how to react to a crisis
challenge in time in a war you’re being
attacked and somebody panics you always
see that somebody panics and they don’t
know how to handle I remember one time
we were in a military boot camp and we
were practice and it was in boot camp
and you were practicing low crawling
with your m16 you couldn’t get in the
mud and it’s muddy it’s late at night
and right above us four feet above our
head is semi-automatic weapons that’s
just shooting and all it took was one
guy panic boom pop that’s all it takes
that’s emotional intelligence how you
react when it’s crisis time in business
you’re going to be in crisis many times
you’re running out of money I don’t know
what to do this person said no that some
person doesn’t have to handle that part
because their emotional intelligence is
very weak so they quit they go get a job
the other person says we’re going to
pull it off let’s keep pushing it’s
going to be fine here’s the next three
things we need to do everything’s going
to work out third type of intelligence
he explains the physical intelligence
and physical intelligence is I have a
guy coach and I mentor he’s probably 20
to 23 or so love this scallop working
with him his energy is incredible I
can’t get this guy to read one book I
can’t get him to read one book a single
book I can’t get him to read but it
became a broker faster than everybody
else that we have in the organization
but I can’t get him to read a book not
one single book but he’s got spiritual
intelligence and he’s got strong
physical intelligence he watches
somebody do it one time he knows how to
do it he watches somebody speak one time
he knows how to do it he watches
somebody sell one way he knows how to do
it he watches somebody it’s the quick
physical intelligence of learning how to
do it then Robert Kiyosaki explains the
least least important intelligence is
mental intelligence and what is mental
intelligence book-smart degrees I went
to school I have a degree I have this
education I’ve read this book and here’s
how you need to do this and here’s what
you got to do with this and here’s what
you got to do with that because this is
what I read in this book and when I went
to school and I took a class on this
this is what you need to do it’s like an
athlete that reads all the place of a
sports team
has no idea how to throw a pass or catch
a pass or run a play because that’s
mental intelligence mental intelligence
doesn’t build a large organization or a
large business mental intelligence
doesn’t necessarily become a leader it
requires spiritual intelligence with
emotional intelligence behind it to to
go through tough times and physical
intelligence as well as mental
intelligence but mental intelligence is
the least still important but it’s not
the most important of reading of leading
a group of people so when you look at
these four intelligence you just got to
ask yourself and rank yourself how well
am I myself and emotional intelligence
how well do I do with spiritual
intelligence maybe I’m so logical that I
don’t even talk about that we can pull
this off to get in the bigger picture
how well do I do with physical
intelligence and then in mental
intelligence then look at some of the
guys that you’re mentoring and leading
what areas they need to improve in then
put a plan of action to get and go work
on it because you’ll see a difference
when you do start working in all these
areas and there isn’t a single person
watching this including myself that
doesn’t have an area of this part that
says I can work in this area to improve
my business in my life so my message of
