about giving you the vocabulary you need
in order to talk about it so we can all
recognize the similarities we have and
not fear the differences on a few
opinions and beliefs because that is
dangerous so first of all what do you
think is true when we want to say you
think something is true we use the verb
believe and the preposition with belief
is in so first question for you do you
believe in God or gods or do you not
believe in god or gods let me know for
example if you believe in many gods
think of the Greeks are apollo poseidon
zeus those guys
you’re a polytheist poli which means
many theists you believe in God’s and
this type of belief system is called
polytheism or you might be a mono theist
mono means one theist belief in God so
you believe there is only one big guy or
girl upstairs next we have types of
belief or non-belief and these are all
adjectives so if you’re religious you
would say I am religious you need that
verb be I am religious if you are
agnostic you’re like me maybe there’s a
god maybe there’s not a god I really
don’t care if you are atheist this means
you don’t believe in God this is the

or maybe you’re spiritual this means you
don’t strictly believe in one of the
