hello everyone and welcome back to
english with lucy i have a special
announcement to make today it’s a little
bit different and this isn’t a lesson
just over three years ago when i was 21
in january 2016 i created and set up
this youtube channel english with lucy
and for the past two and a half years I
have been dedicating my life to making
these free english videos a lot of you
might not know this but this channel is
my full-time job I don’t have another
job this is it
and like in every job there are peaks
and there are troughs we just learnt
about that phrase in a recent lesson for
a while now I have been really craving
more connection with my subscribers
there are so many of you and when I do a
live stream as I’ve been doing recently
the comments go so quickly I get
overwhelmed I can’t follow everything
properly so I’ve had that desire to feel
closer to my dedicated supporters I have
decided to take an opportunity offered
to me by YouTube which is memberships
for a small amount per month you can

really excited about meeting with a
group of like-minded people every month
and seeing how we progress you will get
