and I am in Madrid this is the river
where I used to run every lunchtime when
I was working in Madrid but I’m here
today because I am the official host for
Unleashed 2017 which is a massive kind
of celebration and Conference of young
talent talent under the age of 25 so
we’ve got some amazing speakers it’s
always been my first time ever
presenting an event the most I’ve ever
done is comparing an event so I’m pretty
nervous but I’m just going oh that’s
probably my call to go down to breakfast
so I’ve got a really really exciting
because I’ve got these three days of
unleash then I have the weekend off so I
can see some friends and just enjoy my
old you know the place where I used to
live and then I’ve been invited to
YouTube’s Europe Middle East and Africa
that’s the e-ma region creator summit
the YouTube creator summit which is
unbelievable what it says online is that
it is one hundred of the most
established creators on YouTube across
the e/m II a hundred away I struggle
with that region
I definitely don’t consider myself to be
in the top 100 most established creators
in that region so I’m a bit confused as
to why I’m invited but I gratefully
accepted that invite maybe someone
cancelled or something Abed it’s so
exciting I can’t wait to see he’s going
I can’t wait to see what we do but
they’re putting us up in a hotel and
driving us everywhere and flying us in
and flying us out so it’s just pure
coincidence that I’m in Madrid for that

first day it was really exciting but
really nerve-wracking field stage I mean
there’s like 500 people there it was
awesome
okay so it stays you of unleash is going
really well so far we’re just having
some last minute changes just got to
write some questions for an interview I
didn’t expect but I loved doing it a
special email it is so interesting which
is mica days check out channel and
you’ll see how pushes and but now we’re
just going to prepare the questions and
I’ll see if I can show you any more on

day of unleash and I don’t know if you

know how oh my god it’s been the best
experience ever
I’m so sad but it’s anything I’ve got a
clear I’ve met amazing people and I just
feel so inspired and I mean these people
are all under the age of 25 and not
crossword there’s been no stress I
haven’t heard anyone raised their voice
if there’s a problem they calmly so then
it’ll send hope to be a young person I’m
proud people are mothers

education will never be replaced and
should never be replaced what we do have
nowadays is an unbelievable resource
online anything or almost anything that
you want to learn is right your
fingertips you just have to have the
right keywords to search for it which is
great in some ways because you can do
self education so I like so for example
when I’m learning a language I like to
kind of think and find out myself or get
a correction from someone about
something I’m lacking and then I can go
and find out myself
just like you Theo did with learning
video games and I know a couple of
others have talked about learning things
online but still nothing beats
face-to-face education
it just it cannot be beaten and that’s
an online teacher saying that I think we
should all give a huge run of applause
for Lucy because she’s being amazing
these days so thank you so much for

people some people hate it especially

do you speak like that so you the first
time in in Spanish media yeah my first
time ever appearing on digital Spanish
media that’s good exciting

tomorrow it’s the boss’s birthday
tomorrow
or is it today what is it stay its
birthday to say okay yeah it’s certainly
today so we’re going for a quick lunch
and then we’re gonna get to work I’ll be
way tomorrow and then at night evening I
fly back to the UK and I’m hopping
straight my car and I’m driving see well
