Difference between ‘Whereas’ & ‘while’

so the difference between while and
where as well while can be used in two
contexts the first one is at the same
time for example while I was walking I
saw some men in another context
it shows the contrast between subjects
and their situation and for example here
I’m in the desert whereas I’m in the
jungle
it’s sunny here
the desert is hot whereas in the city
it’s cold
