my friends is a little world of heaven
we are going to make an incredible
schnitzel with all the trimmings right
here we’ve got the shits shit cyl aha
not their shit tal vez schnitzel run
with it yeah we’re going to run with
shits on and this is from baton out leg
of pork of course classically it’ll be
real just put it in flour eggs and
breadcrumbs oh yes well as a sister very
nice we’ve got potato salad over here
with sour cream and chives heavy on the
mustard and lemon pickle that’s just
chopped parsley gherkins or you might
call them dill pickles and a little
spring onion there and some chopped
capers and anchovy and then we just
finish it off with a beautiful
watercress salad with these amazing thin
sliced apples look at that a little
apple and watercress salad and then just
to top it all off bramble jam black
currant and blackberries really really
beautiful so imagine that all together
really really nice good nice I’ve just
cooked the phone by mistake let me just
clean it up okay so we’ve got a lovely
schnitzel here’s one of my favorite
things to eat as a kid I’ve got the
salad there I’m just going to finish it
off with a little lemon juice olive oil
and a little pinch of salt to just
lightly just that we’re going to go in
with the potato salad really nice proper
comfort food
the pickle is bizarrely important even
if you’re not a lover of papers or
entries please give it a try because it
does transform the dish and it kind of
really helps when you’re eating it got a
lovely apple salad here look at that
absolutely beautiful one of my favorite
dishes and then here is that little
bramble jam just almost like applesauce
and roast pork just plot there just like
that and then just a nice little quarter
of lemon and some sea salt a little bit
so guys that’s what I’m eating today
