What’s Jamie Eating Today? # 11 | Tasty Tortilla

hello lovely people Jamin over here what
a might in today okay so it’s a first
day back at work after busy weekend so
got no time to cook anything but one of
the lovely girls in the food team has
made this this my friends is a beautiful
little tray of goodness over here we
have basically a version of Mexican
tortilla trying to make salads really
interesting constantly it’s a bit of a
challenge but also getting beans and
stuff into people it’s also a bit of a
challenge certainly in Britain so what
we’ve done I don’t know if you can see
them let’s get rad down there do that
this here is like little are these
black-eyed beans or kidneys black beans
black black beans and pinto beans and
what we do is we get a pan screaming hot
you can put a little spice in there if
you like and then you throw them in and
they kind of poof and puff and kind of
go crispy like cracklings and they’re
delicious and when you throw them warm
into a salad they go absolutely badass
and beautiful so there’s some chilies
just rock it various salads bits and
pieces so all I’m gonna do here you just
add a little bit of olive oil squeeze of
lovely lemon we like a bit of lemon nice
and fresh

let’s have a look into the heart and
soul here squash onions chopped chard or
greens lots of eggs
salaphi Niall seasoning and the golden
and cooked you can see from the height
here it’s been gracefully see gold see
gold is a very technical cooking
expressions meaning make the yogurt look
like a bird just did it do do from a
height and land it by accident and then
also we mix it up well this cheap old
they sell so which you can buy in the
jar which is smoky and hot and delicious
so they go I know that you guys know
that this is going to be a lovely little
lunch if you like this please like it if
you want to comment then please comment
thank you very much feel free to share
it on your social media and thank you
very much love you guys take care bye
