eight years old I started washing up

mr. Kramer because and only because I am
human Alice philipson I drink cordial is
it bad for me or is it okay well Alice I
don’t know what it is that you’re
drinking darling it could be sugar-free
but it’s probably not and if you’re
having a cordial it depends how strong
you do it as well if you like it strong
it’s foolish of her it is basically
sugar with a bit of water as delicious
as it might be so if you have it two
three times a day every day the chances
are it will end up tipping you know it’s
going to be three four hundred calories
a day extra than you’re eating so just
go easy it’s a treat
think of it as cake keep the questions

talk to you about my hair because some

me the other day from from another
country it said like J been following
you since the Naked Chef 17 years it’s
been great keep doing what you do love
your campaigns all the stuff we do with
kids and nutrition but you know don’t
change don’t change I’ve noticed you’ve
been dyeing your hair recently and I
don’t like it don’t change and that was
a letter that came to my house not even
with an address
it just said Jamie Oliver Essex and
don’t get any ideas don’t start sending
me loads of stuff I don’t dye my hair
honestly I’ve never dyed my hair I had a
few highlights once right but I think I
didn’t really get into that tin foil in
your hair it’s not very masculine is it
really sitting there with looks like a
lot of roast chicken
now he’s been dyeing it dark the kids
are talking about it so much more

would admit it I do not dye my hair
