Popolo new york we’ve just been invited
to the National buffoon festival is the
first-ever International passes we do
want to wear this is the Super Bowl the
Super Bowl of chicken wings
now it’s Hilton
okay so good news the barbecue sauce is
well on its way the goldens also coming
on spot so now we’re going to look at
the beautiful sight of all our sources
just to be left overnight to mature it’s
the big day words been spreading about
us with 80,000 people going through
those doors we will be crippled for more
people than we’ve ever done our lives
what we got here Andy picking everything
up wait a hole straight out

today’s the day the prizes are awarded

the beauty of our judging is it’s a
blind taste test
certain criteria in the car certainly
the way it looks is appealing looking
for whatever jumps out and really gets
my palate Oh cousin more on the soft so
what I’m looking to get information on
for the soft contact
yep what sauces are you entering it we
may DM yes traditional barbecue and then
are we doing creative spicy yeah so
three category so total you’re being
judged on your sauce and there’s no home
time advantage whatsoever a sauce should
be a hat it should have character and
flavors handout on who brought the best
heat for this season

that equates to 139 meters keep it in
perspective

so we’re late for our medium traditional
buffalo a little bit late all right we
got a number all right this is our

the barbecue through as much as we had
the other source so we just heat it up
unfortunately we did send slightly cold
sauce to the judges
hopefully I’m hand picking 10 wings for
the judges now

wing bar London England the spirit of
work a crazy week with big only done is

new powerful writings are amazing you
got us the best hospitality it’s been an
absolute incredible week really really
happy so much thank you thank you thanks

that was cool though on stage very well
done to use up guys actually I got his
narrative a slice point that we didn’t
when one of the sources all come in a
ranked backside our sources were like we
had high homes in a competition with
people fifty years experience in it
we’ve got two so maybe it was a little
bit maybe about their population was
thinking we might have a chance but at
the same time it’s nice that they like
recognize how much hard work we put into
it and you know they liked us having us
being here as much as we enjoy being it
