Strawberry Doughnuts with Sortedfood

I’m very excited about what the sort
employees are going to be doing in my
kitchen yes I know they’re going to make
more of their beautiful recipes and
quick delicious food no cakes no
biscuits and nothing fried and
definitely no donuts kickstart our
donuts we need to make a sweetened
enriched yeasty dough so we need to milk
to warm through and a knob of butter and
meanwhile into our bowl all of our flour
some yeast castor sugar and all of this
mixture as soon as that butter has
melted and with one egg we can use some
of Jamie’s terms you can just watch all
this up why is it all not that’s not a
word Jamie so there we go if we can give
that a quick need now that’s quite a
sticky dough but that’s what we’re
looking for so just wipe your nose after
five minutes of kneading that goes into
a bowl cover it with a damp cloth or
cling film right and put it in a warm
place for about an hour and what you end
up with a little wooden cupboard down
here is kitchen sink we’ve now got or
some down about and look how light and
fluffy that is now a little bit more
flour on the board and then take small
amounts about a sixth of it and just
roll it into a ball
no not stretch it just take a little bit
so I’m really delicate this yep
– bit like when your mom does your socks
in there yeah perfect just kind of stuff
them inside each other wonderful fact

160 degrees Celsius and again very very
carefully we just can lift them up and
lower them into the oil okay
and they’ll float they will need three
minutes on either side but because they
float the top doesn’t cook at all in
each other later we can make our filling
in the meantime we’re gonna do is make a
very simple strawberry puree so if we
can wash those up you can of course use
frozen berries or tin ferries we’re
gonna go to the fresh ones on so we’re
gonna do is take your cream cheese lots
of icing sugar it’s just a beautiful
strawberry puree we don’t too much he’s
yonyx too wet you can always add more
you can’t take it back out unlike a
cheesecake mix we’re going to put an
unnecessary amount of icing sugar in
because it’s one of the glass no icing
no do it join me a little star come on I
don’t know I have loads I tend to use
cutter a bit more and James a bit more
hands-on yeah and it doesn’t work
there’s our filling there’s a double
agent so without too much oil onto there
look at those beautiful puffy doughnuts
once they’ve cooled down we can take a
doughnut yep
better skew it into the middle and just
kind of wiggle it around a bit so you
can open up a hole from the inside wider
meet outside hole and then with your
syringe what happens if you don’t
understand me just cut the top not worry
about putting it inside okay
so it goes what happen is it will fill
up the inside and then as as you pull
the syringe out you might find some
wiggle back out like that for this fight
because you just wipe that off and then
you’ve got our filled donut I’m going to
carry on cuz you may know what this is
about this about a food channel it’s

creating awesome cheesecake donors
what’s left we can put even more icing
sugar in so it gets a really thick kind
of spacing yeah more like a glass a
icing and then we’re going to coat the
top while I’m doing that trying to crush
up some biscuits the base of our
cheesecake and there’s some dehydrated
strawberries as well and I think that
will impress anybody
so what are these these are the most
amazing donuts are gonna be in your life
or closely that I’m guessing he has a
doughnut that’s strawberry it’s alright
because my next recipe is a spit roast
and is this deep-fried yep so you’re

then absolutely it’s good man what’s
nice is if you went and bought a
doughnut like that the chances of you
having anything that’s been anywhere
near a strawberry are highly improbable
