Peanut Butter Cookies with Sortedfood


we’re gonna make some really awesome a
very simple cookies using all the usual
ingredients we can put into a bowl mixed
together and then our addition we can
add some ready salted crisps finish with
chocolate these are our main we doing
tell me all of the spoons and all your
goodies maybe if it where hope you still
have peanut butter because I don’t want
your favorite I mean what others start
butter and brown sugar now as soon as
you finish that you’re going to this put
the peanut butter down just stop beating
that together until it comes nice and
smooth and creamy then we’ve only put
half the normal map butter you would for
cookies because the other half is
crunchy peanut butter and stuff you
haven’t been eating nice to have a bit
of a change of scenery

combined the eggs are going in as well
you can already smell that amazing
peanut butter up there but also going to
add about a teaspoon of vanilla extract
our self raising flour so bring all that
together so it’s raising edge again here
so they are
just slowly slowly and more raising
agent in the form of baking powder this
is hard work
ah you do it right now you’re not far
off actually look you got nice mix there
which is where we get to the most
amazing bit of these cookies two bags
and really salty crisps okay okay so
this is going to add crunch is amazing
saltiest all you need to do is just
roughly crumble those into there got
some big bits or small bits it’s all
about texture so you’re going to get
values smoothness of the peanut butter
with this crispy texture you kind of
dust plantain that’s amazing it is it’s
either the cookies I had in Miami last
year and I’ve been wanting to make them
ever since so I’ll take it you do this
bit so I just have a tray out which
we’ve already lined with baking
parchment
not matter alright big dollops of our
mix like so we’ll get that six on this
trade and I don’t give me the number
so these are our monkey nuts a raw
peanuts still in their shell all I need
you to do crack them open so we end up
with just nuts and hopefully still with
their nice little red kind of husk on as
workers great color and what’s really
awesome is at this stage you can roll
this up into cling film or greaseproof
paper and put it in the fridge you can
always just have cookie dough ready to
go and you can just take slice little
pieces off and baby will eat it or cook
them fresh
so that Communitech are we doing to get

let’s put some peanuts on top five or
six of those on each cookie and that’s
it nobody escapes into the oven for 12
minutes at 180 degrees Celsius our
cookies have plates off nice and golden
wood let me cool and now give you some
chocolate on top but to do that we’re
going to make a quick piping bag just
going to cut triangles out you do one or
the other so roll both corners up and
towards the middle triangle so you got a
nice point there and then seal it off
just by folding those down and then what
you’ve got is a perfect cone to fight
chocolate almost like that okay you got
that we’ve got some chocolate here dark
chocolate but we’ve done is melt that
down over a bowl of simmering water we
can pour that straight in there like so
lay it down hold it over your steely in
that chocolate and then a tiny little
cut off this end so we end up with is
something we can pipe our cookies with
molten chocolate because chocolate and
peanut we know is a great combination
chocolate and Salt Works because there’s

yeah there we go beautiful we’ve got
some amazing chocolate peanut and really
salty crispy cookies just as we finished

peanuts peanut butter it’s almost like
you’ve got little tiny hits of like
salted crisps in there like the salted
caramel sea salt and caramel salt job
that we thought we’d get it go peanut
what a pan really good I mean the thing
is you wouldn’t notice it and I just
thought about it but actually it just
makes you taste it more little nuggets
of fun very very delicious Oh on the
