hello you lovely people oh it’s been a
busy day today up since 430 do it all
sorts different things through
Parliament talking about Charlie the
Beast you trying to get the government
to leave showing a magical to help
British kids but I’ve done all the hard
work and this is the good stuff and it
is the 13th graduation it’s been
foundation where we take kids that need
a break is comforting some challenging
backgrounds and we train and inspire
them to be amazing ships going to see a
load of students say in a few words
talking about their progress where
they’ve come from where they’re going to
and they’re all very different level we
chained the same but they’ve all
blossomed in very different ways a lot
of these young people have had a tough
time in the past what we do is we’re
very passionate about doing a lot for a
small group of people and changing
the trajectory of people’s lives it’s
about young people it’s about believing
in young people and also the fact that
you know even if you come from a dark
place that there’s hope to do amazing
things and get injured have a great
career and had a living and a house on a
stable home and grow your own family and
just general excitement to get up in the
morning and just cook great food so
that’s what this is all about and
everyone’s dressed up nice the supreme

individual just have a look at all these
lovely faces these are the kids that are
graduating
look at this so this is our cohort this
year Nia Gennaro we’re going to go give
them the awards now they get a little
pendant and they get a certificate and I
think most of them i love to love is
where we’re going to do them a lot on
loves and be pictures very very glad i
found it is very exciting it’s called
children as well let’s go hello what an
exciting day we’re heading towards a
really amazing time for 50 and with me
sort of supposed to be a responsible man
and when we started 15 sort of 14 years
ago I was like that but a 24 year old
boy right made a comic winfrey said it
looks kind of a bit uncomfortable about
him i was lovely it’s all good rock and
roll but i spent all of the kitchen i
had 150 actually officially bankrupt for
about three weeks it was coming and it
was important to keep me on the right
path so I know the 15 gang the students
appreciate what 15 does make all the
wonderful people to continue there’s so
many people in this room today that help
15 in so many wonderful ways so let’s
see the first five you know I live in
Belsize Park I’ve wanted to apply for
for this course because I want you to
find like like a career in my life like
a purpose because before that was just
working this will pay off their bills
after they go need to know very proud
aren’t we very very proud here actually
there was motional night letting this
like good soul good spirit good people
who say nice beard chefs from all sorts
of all sort of best restaurants in
London coming here you had farmers hey
children with the kids Mama’s here yes
lovely I think we’ll share that tears
because it was nice happy tears I wasn’t
if I wasn’t worried about what I was
gonna read next I don’t know i’m not the
best reader I’m a bit dyslexic so well
adores I hadn’t have been concentrating
that I’d have been born in my eyes out
