Jamie’s Spiced Christmas Popcorn with Gennaro Contaldo

I wanna do some Christmas popcorn right
because I love popcorn
and I’m gonna get Gennaro in and then
I’m working and doing a job over there
I’ll make something up and then I’ve got
this habanero chili flakes xxx hot and
if you smell it right that that smells
how it hurts right yeah yeah come in
there we’re gonna do a nice Christmas
spice sugar yeah if you ever made
popcorn before when I was a little boy
yes what I want to do is a Christmas
spice sugar I’m gonna put three bay
leaves right remove the zest of a lemon
can you put about six cloves in there
darling and they these are quite pungent
flavors really and cinnamon got a little
cinnamon here and there’s some ground
nutmeg there and the zest of an orange
and a half yeah just gonna get a vanilla
pod
I’m not going to scrape all the bits out
and we’re just going to let it go
this is the nice sugar my tongue still
hurt and I promise you that is honestly
one of the nicest popcorns I’ve ever had
so good night before Christmas the kids
will go man for that I’ll just get some
skin
