next edition of Jamie magazine if you’ve

what I wanted it to be the dream was the
best food magazine I could ever do I’m
so proud of it let me show you some

this month of course it’s Christmas it’s
the most important issue of the year
we’ve done some amazing stories probably
my favorite ever dessert story chocolate
puddings biscuits I mean these recipes
are absolute knock your socks off
they’re really really good I’ve done the
column this month about pie food pie
tricks and this is kind of my undeniable
dishes like gumbo and I got beautiful
steamed pork buns and amazings of chili
con carne and stuff like that wonderful
for party food hangover food and stuff
that you can cook for big large groups
of people that they’ll just love and
we’ve got some really nice contributors
this month Antonio College show he gave
me my first job years ago a famous
Italian chef famous for foraging and
wild mushrooms and he’s gone back to the
mountains in Italy where he was born and
he’s doing beautiful winter mountain
food which is absolutely gorgeous while
we’re on the Italian theme generic and
tell though be in the Florida that years
he goes pigeon shooting and gives us
some lovely game recipes we’ve gone to
our very favorite butchers and asked
them what do they love on christmas day
so we’ve got the best butchers in
Britain and they’re given their favorite
recipes of meat that they love which is
really very cute pink bag who I’ve
worked with for 15 years an absolute
food guru has done ballito misto the mix
boil this is poached beautiful meets
with fragrant vegetables and it’s a real
delicacy in Italy it’s so simple such
good value to do you can feed vast
amounts of people but all the little
people
and all the little sources and all the
little stuff that goes with it that’s
what makes it special so he’s done a
kind of introduction to what is it how
can you make it your own and how can it
be absolutely gorgeous in the back of
the mag we’re launching a new TV series
called food fight club it’s really
simple you take the best of British so
it could be cheese beer dessert and then
you go and fight the country that things
are the best in the world now yes it’s a
