hot pepper sauce now I come up with this
recipe but my mate Chris is that Frank
Frankie boy this one’s for you first
step get your scotch bonnet peppers look
11 fantastic that is just absolutely
amazing they’re very hot if you don’t
want it too hot take the seeds out of it
very important bit garlic roast it in
the oven about 180 20 minutes done once
you’ve gotten like that throw them in a
pan bit of vinegar beer boring shoes can
use pineapple if you like washed out in
we’ve got a little bit of seasoning
going on salt pepper a little bit of
cornflour it’s just gonna make it come
together and a nice consistency papaya
you can use mango you can use a guava if
you can get older one into the pan like
that we’re gonna blitz up all spice the
flavour of the Caribbean get that in
there
bit of light brown sugar spring onions I
love the green bits they call them
scallions in America or the Caribbean
lovely get those in there look at that
you just soften it up those chilies
bottom pom-pom whack it straight into
the blender splits it up I can feel the
heat already look at that beautiful even
the cameras crying okay I’ve let it cool
down and I’ve popped it into a little
jar just like that you know what you can
do you can use like an old honey pot or
any sort of pot that’s got a lid you can
sterilize pop it in there that will last
literally about a month if you don’t put
your finger in it and you can use it on
all sorts of things you can have it with
chips we can out with chicken I’ve got a
pork daddy rib that I done earlier
incidentally this recipe is on the site
as well click down there right for a
daddy root recipe it’s there have a go
