Fro Yo Ice Lollies – 3 Ways | Katie Pix – AD

[Music]
hello I’m Katie fix and it likes me you
suffer with sensitive teeth then there’s
probably a few foods that you like to
leave off the menu
but Colgate sends to pro relief have
challenged me today to come up with a
recipe that’s just too delicious
to skip for me you can’t be the odd cold
and refreshing ice lolly and today I’ve
got three variations for you so we have
got a deliciously sour and zingy
raspberry and lemon frozen yogurt
crunchy peanut butter banana and
cinnamon and finally a Bakewell tart
inspired cherry and almond frozen yogurt
oh very great let’s get started okay so
as we are making frozen yogurt lollies
today then I have got these little
things which I’ll link in the box below
you can get them from anywhere we’re
going to start off with our our base but
all of these is your bit natural yogurt
and I’m going to put 150 mils always
smooth into a nice of the bowl so to
that we’re going to add one lemon or the
zest of now the great thing about this
lemon is you’re going to get a gorgeous
sour hit but it gives so much freshness
to your bit and also and your zesting
try not to go too far down to the pit
the white stuff because that’s basically
where all those bitter notes are and
actually we just want that lovely fresh
thing beautiful I don’t give that a nice
mix up so everything’s nice and spread
through into this to complement our
delicious zesty lemon we’re going to
chuck in some lovely tart well freeze
now I’m going to pop in to pur ice
lollies so I’ve got eight going in here
then one we’re going to do is going to
mix them into our yogurt mixture we’re
also just gonna break em up a little bit
not too much
so you’re crazy heard them but what
you’re going to get is that lovely kind
of pinky color coming through and also
everyone gets a little bit more
and then have it so it’s left us to just
pop it into our molds I’m not gonna lie
I’m not the neatest of chefs when it
comes to this part so it’s best to have
a little bit of kitchen roll thank to
need some kitchen roll in here just have
this on hand and we are going to just
pour this into our molds or spoon it
don’t pour it it’s gonna go even more of
a review drive for it so what’s great
about these as well as because you’re
using natural fruits and stuff unlike
some you might lie on the chops they’re
a little bit round full of artificial
sugars and what have you but taking back
control a little bit and guaranteeing
that you’ve got all those lovely natural
sugars going into your delicious sweet
treat so into those are from a little
lolly molds and there you have it
so lollipop one ready to go into the
freezer as I say a minimum of 14 in it
and they should be frozen but the longer
you can leave them the better so in that
one goes so lollies number two another
150 mils of yogurt goes in we’re going
to add in some cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon
don’t want to overpower it and we’re
going to add in our delicious peanut
butter Gold crunchy Scavo crunchy and a
smooth malarkey and we’re going to use
one heat teaspoon into there as well I’m
gonna give this a really good mix
important you do this because you don’t
want people to get a mouthful of
cinnamon not that fun and also so they
ever get the lovely little bit of
crunchy peanut butter in there as well
grab yourself a banana one banana will
suit these four molds so I’m going to
take it out and I’m going to chop it
into chunks I’d say 2 meter chunks give
this one a gentle mix because we don’t
want to bruise and muck up our bananas I
want to keep them lovely and whole and
as you can see you’re sneaking a good
bit of fruit in there as well the kids
will be none the wiser
amazing so again and grab ourselves
another lollipop mould and making sure
that we’re evenly sharing out the banana
as well ok and then back in with the
sticks I mean you guys if you get any
idea now super simple
loads of combinations you can try into
the freezer and then last but by no
means least we’re going to be doing our
Bakewell tart inspired by treasure often
my favorite treats and what’s so good
about this is Italy Northey win ok so
again in with our last bit of yogurt and
then to this we’re going to add one
heaped teaspoon of almond butter
oh yeah so good give it a nice mix so
you get the oils out I’m gonna go really
nice and heat and let that fall in
really good stir make sure it’s all
nicely mixed in okay so what is a bit
quiet are without cherries I’m going to
put two cherries in each bar mole and
then these have Lindsey stone so just
going to take off the stalks giving you
a nice archway with your with your hand
just run the knife around turn the
cherry okay and then you’re going to put
the stone out you are going to get very
pink fingers with this nice mix and into
the molds they go what I love about
these cherries are that their color
comes out so you get a nice little like
blushed lolly and as before we just see
me doing a nice tap because what you
don’t want to end up with is like air
pockets in your lollies and then we’re
going to pop our lollipop sticks in so
then these are just going to go into the
freezer as I say they should actually be
done in about 40 minutes but the longer
you leave them the milsat lb
[Music]
so they have it my delicious frozen
yogurt lollies three ways and when you
do take them out the freezer obviously
they’re gonna be super super cold if
you’re struggling to get them out then
just run them under a hot pack for three
seconds it should be right up ah so they
have it three delicious ways to enjoy
frozen yogurt lollies be more my Colgate
