this is our flagship store in Notting

all excited at the moment we haven’t
moved in yet there’s not not stuff
packed away or anything like that but
basically we’ve had two recipes stores
for four years
Brighton Clapham and I just felt it was
time to do it properly when I say
properly not properly but like big
badass cooking lessons on two floors
great value product knives books vintage
books bakery
deli food to go just a just a building
full of massive food geeks
that’s what recipes is all about so
you’ll probably have a little look
around make sure you check out the
toilets yeah but we’ve got a little army
of very lovely young passionate foodies
from all around the world working here
and yeah recipes is a cooking school we
have lots of lovely things bolted to it
so you can come in for coffee and ice
cream even a little soft-serve about
ninety nine are ice cream but with no
rubbish in it you know we just we just
love food and we’d eat so make sure you
come back here when we open we’re
opening in one week so by the time you
see it I’m probably opening and behind
me will be people and lessons
stuff on the shelves yeah and I’ll be
doing demonstrations here fairly
regularly I’m not gonna do any sort of
like massively booked up sessions but
I’m gonna have like a little waiting
list of people and I’m just going to hit
it up and go right because my last a bit
mentor but I like like tomorrow I’m
going to do a couple of hours lessons
and you’ll get a little email out
there’s another guy over here get up

going to be doing lessons here as well

I’ve had to control genera because when
he’s in front of people he’s cooking
often he can’t control himself when he
starts to strip cook you know it is
normal for you in it so it’s okay don’t
worry don’t worry we’ve got we’ve got it
all sorted out he’ll be looked after
he’ll keep his clothes on but water
