Behind The Scenes @ Jamie’s Comfort Food

here we go and action teeny I mean when
you’re at home everyone has their own
list of comfort food that’s really
special for them
hi guys Jamie here hopefully well I’m
just at home we’re filming the new
series comfort food it’s going really
really well I’m in my little tiny
lean-to kitchen you have a little look
around here it’s quite small as you can
see and a really simple kitchen I’m
making a cake today people are really
busy so you know they want quick food
but comfort food often just requires
[Music]
it’s food that makes you really happy
it’s food that completes you
and it’s not just about the food it’s
like how you serve it who it’s for its
and it’s really truly about you know
love and care and just attention to the
right detail
every dish has kind of got a special
place in my heart and I think there’s a
difference between cooking the dish and
understanding a dish so I really I
really made an effort in this sort of
joke to get people to feel it you know
just do it so yeah I’m excited really
excited
