Bacon Fire Bomb with DJ BBQ

as you can see a bit of liquid sunshine
outside so I moved it into my woodshed I
said would to begin the bacon fire bomb
what is it vacant firebomb the Middle’s
vegetables the outsides pork and the
super outside is bacon bacon we’re to
start off with the filling peppers
onions mushrooms jalapenos and red
chilies let’s do this we’re making a
really nice stuffing onions finely
chopped now it’s time for the peppers
they’re gonna give us a bit of color a
lot of flavor all right I’m getting
bored of all this vegetable chopping so
let’s just speed it up is there like a
speed-up button we can hit on here like
this over here or is it over here is it
oh right here
dude what are you an outside man way to
get inside let’s do the jalapeno let’s
add the fire to the bomb let me wave my
way through the chili jungle of
gnarliness and there’s the fire to my
bacon bomb vegetables done it’s time now
to make the rub black peppers boom got
whole cloves here sugar salt garlic
powder and onion powder all right we’re
just getting to the final stretch ready
come here we should spicing this up man
let’s do some red chili flakes ground
cumin boom sweet paprika coriander
powder this looks good
I’m just kidding I’m just messing with
you guys
minced pork all right
so we’re making our pork rectangle I
should do a rhombus rhombuses Rhambo
thing bang Banga Banga baby all right so
we’re going to sprinkle the rub on now
it’s time for the vegetables to join the
party all right pork done rub done
vegetables joining their friends and now
barbecue sauce so we rizal that on there
sound like a chef huh drizzle so now we
just slowly roll it’s like playing with
play-doh come on I’m sure everybody’s
like you know at least licked play-doh
okay so now we got three pounds of bacon
let’s do this you guys ready are you
ready I use a piece of wax paper so I’m
gonna lay out all the bacon like so once
you’ve got six pieces of bacon laid out
like that you want to put one going
against the grain and you pull every
other piece of bacon over it like so so
you can create the weave you can tell
your friends at work or at school would
you do this weekend I weaved bacon
what’d you do play call of duty yeah
whatever
then you go to the opposite bacon it
didn’t get to go down the last time and
you cross it again before we add the
bacon we’ve we’re going to put a bit
more of our pork rub on top of the loaf
like this you need fast hands and a fast
mind to make this work
you guys ready bacon bomb bacon bomb
bacon bomb bacon bomb let’s do this here
we go
three two one damn oh I didn’t look okay
so we’re gonna peel off the wax come
down here do come on come on we’re gonna
peel it off that’s one side of it and
now we have to do the other side and
there you have it the bacon fire bomb
ready for the smoker all ready for a
conventional barbecue just don’t cook it
over any of the flame use the indirect
method so coals on one side they can
fire bomb on the other all right let’s
do this I’m gonna open up my smoker and
get that baby on let’s give her three
hours of love bit of barbecue sauce for
the kind of the last hour and let’s get
on with the sides if you’re doing this
in a conventional oven and keep it at
110 Celsius 230 Fahrenheit slow and low
all right thank you bomb is halfway
through cooking and it needs a barbecue
sauce you don’t want to at the beginning
because then the barbecue sauce the
sugars they melt it gets really black
some people like that we’re to give this
thing about another hour hour and 15
minutes her dunka dumped whoo it’s
nearly nighttime I am really wet but I’m
more hungry let’s get this bacon fire
bomb off the cooker oh yeah look at her
she is perfect
the bacon fire bomb so we’re going to
carve this bad boy up right now okay
here we go
you see the bacon the minced pork the
vegetables they’re all in there
perfectly cooked you see a bit of the
pink that’s from the smoke of the cooker
that is a bacon fire bomb there we go
it’s time to taste our hard work mmm

barbecue sauce on top
