is but we’ll just do our best with each
movement and I think I’m very fortunate
that my mission in this lifetime I feel
is to be an agent of love through music
you know it’s not sometimes we do all
the right things we say all the right
things and the dreams don’t happen does
that mean that it’s not what you’re
meant to do you don’t know you just got
to try and find out and sometimes when
you’ve reached your dreams it might not
turn out to be what you expected so I
would say that if you have a dream or
part for it but at the same time survive
then they all come because you never
know where life will take you just
because it takes step a and step you
think you reached destinations
sometimes that’s not the way sometimes
you have to go neutral all the way to
accept it for proper factors of C or
sometimes you just end up cake and so
far we’re going to see that you don’t
know what happened but that is the
beauty of life and that was the beauty
of adventure so be sure maybe a little
believe that I had and I follow that
didn’t quite turn out the way I expected
so we might give 2005 that was about 12
years ago I one line that had the dream
that I was bald and really happy so I
woke up the next day and I went to the
barber and the shape of my head my hair
nobody hit and and I was really really
happy so I followed my dream literally
and I ended up making what I wanted but
at the same time a couple of months
later I understand that you know people
judge you by the way you look and they
might have misconceptions about you and
unfortunately that led to an incident
where I was arrested by the taxi driver

but I have to say again that I was very
fortunate that I had music in my life so
I wrote a song about the molestation and
2011 when I became a solo artist I
recorded it no like I’m sure every
single person sitting in this audience
today we’ve had tough times you probably
thought through something worse than I
have and the fact that you’re still
sitting here today attending this type
of münster a survivor and the way we
react to things is the definition of who
we are I feel more than what we see and
I hardly performed this song because
obviously carry a lot of people but
early in the factory this Tara I played
them at a show and I remember before
going on stage as I usually do with my
bad mates liked it like let me be a
channel of love when I when I played
music and when I was singing that song I
was reaching out bird it’s like I need
to try to tap that flow of love and it
he was so strong that I started crying
not quickly crying like some people can
do amazingly but ugly crying you didn’t
know how that looked
and and I I was I was taken aback
because I felt like you know in 2005
this is 2017 12 years think that I
thought I had healed from it and I had
actually just that that emotion was so
strong and later an audience member came
up to me she just said thank you so much
for this option how much my hands told
on she look into my eyes and she just
said thank you for that song and she
didn’t say anything else you just looked
at me and I know that I was performing
that song that day just for that person
so what we have to say also is that in
our everyday lives you know the service
give the English of you do are important
if we can impact I must say like you
know like tomorrow I’m trying to save
the world you don’t have to image
service and giving love is something
that can come alive the smallest of
things think about it like you meet
people every day right you wake up from
your house go to school you hang up your
friends you meet strangers meet you meet
people and the smallest things you do
like just this thing when someone needs
to talk or smiling at the mountie
strangers on the MRT you know or just if
you see someone wearing something huge
just hey I love your hair or your or
your back and you never know how a small
gesture like that can make the
difference of one size because if I ask
you I am sure you have had someone do
something small for you that has
impacted you tremendously so in in
giving I feel that’s the best way of
being an agent of love and nothing
giving giving away your your riches or
are nothing like give of yourself with
this when you come I’m saying give me
when you can I sometimes we forget also
to take care of ourselves I mean once
you take care
and your own pain trying to give to
someone else because once you give the
once again if you give without
expectations the rewards that are beyond
your imagination for example through my
music career I managed to travel a few
places that and experience some things

yeah do you know the song that comes up
at the end yeah so I and I I’m just
trying to say that like if you do
everything with love with the right
purpose like we’ll take you to places
that never ever ever thought of and I
know some of you might be thinking oh
it’s so easy to give love weapon you
know everything’s booked well life is
good but what about when you are hurting
what about when you when you feel like
you’ve got nothing to give and this is
for my own personal experience I’m gonna
tell you that if you ever feel down like
the lowest of low like if you can’t open
your heart and you want to give anything
I tell you that is the time when bus
give you need to give it because when
your heart is broken when it’s hurting
the only thing that can heal it is love
and time but if you’re closed up your
heart suck
there’s no way love or time and company
to do its work so when you’re feeling
like you can’t dig a little deeper and
give something simple it could be just
watering your plants like while you’re
watching your plants just like I notice
myself Korea but you could just pour a
little water it’s I love you you cannot
but I’m telling you me some things that
I have done in my life and that’s all
swamp the little high cactus
and love you has allowed me to be saved
actually because we all had our hearts
broken having me you’ve all felt like
you want to give up sometimes but that
is the time when you need to give the
most
April earlier this year I don’t know if
you remember but was this a hit-and-run
accident midnight by motorcyclist yes
the lady who passed away was actually my
heart of my favorite act in fact of my
closest act and I think the video went
viral like you try not to play anything
else in it right yeah so I don’t have to
tell you how shocking that was and how
painful and how difficult it was but I’m
very fortunate again like that our
family sincerely believes that we are on
earth to be agents of love and to give
service so even in her death my family
believes that she her death was an act
of service because think about a number
of people who saw this accident and if
it stayed in your mind for even a day it
would have made you a little bit more
careful of the road and if that saves
what life then her death was worth it
and I know some of you might be asked
how how how you stay strong how you not
be angry I will be honest of course we
were upset of course those very easily
but the best way to live life I feel is
when you can’t change the situation you
change yourself
so when I died there was nothing we
could do nothing we could say nothing we
could feel that could bring her back but
the only thing we could do was to make
sure that death was not in vain that
people were more careful on the road and
that we practice what we preach by being
loved by not being angry I can’t tell
you how many Facebook messages or or in
real life people came up to me and say
how is your family able to head
this is so hot me oh you messed up set
oh you best not okay you know craving
for vengeance about okay there are
people who comment thick on our post
like asking us make sure the guys
punished and were like let the law do
the thing and they were that was no no
make sure justice is served with it so
we’re all right you know the important
thing is always remember that love is
the most powerful of all and just
because back to you it’s not here
anymore it doesn’t mean that everything
that we share with each other is gone
it’s never gone it’s always here
