at the worst season passes that were
made available to gamers we’re looking
at those passes that were known for
being extremely pricey for limited
content questionable gameplay additions
or just their general crappiness
get the ship under control we’re only
including season passes for this list so
individual pieces of DLC will not be
included also after much internal debate
we will only be focusing on the American
price point for these pieces of content
at launch face your face number 10 the
premium service battlefield 4
battlefield 4 was known for being
extremely buggy upon release so players
were already hesitant about buying
additional packs EA offered players the
premium service for 50 bucks almost the
price of a whole other game and it
included the 5 DLC expansion packs that
were to be released throughout the year
at a discount
these packs were to include new maps and
additional game types however due to the
aforementioned buggy as a rainforest
gameplay players were forced to wait and
as these expansions were delayed in
order to fix the core game needless to
say people were pissed number-9
Nightblade saints row the third saints
row the third was an outrageously good
time so players were eager to get their
hands on more gameplay enter the
disappointing season pass which included
three extra mission packs and the
costumes and vehicles of Nightblade a
character from an in-game television
show extra costumes and vehicles are
barely worth mentioning
and while the extra missions were
admittedly kind of fun they were far too
short to justify a $20 price tag murder
mayhem and fun are all just a big part
of any gang people what really set
players off though was that all of these
extras were actually included on the
disc but required additional payment in
order to be activated f that bro they
failed to Johnny
but I never will I’m your number one fan
number eight costumes a lot of costumes
Dead or Alive five last round last round
is the third updated version of the core
game Dead or Alive 5 which was released
three years earlier in order to keep
players enticed well after the game’s
expiration date Team Ninja decided to
give players access to more costumes
which somehow equated less clothing
anyway that wouldn’t be so bad if it
wasn’t for the fact that the season pass
cost more than the game itself priced at
a whopping ninety three dollars you’ll
enjoy this trust me
ready this pass gave players access to
almost 80 costumes for existing
characters so no new characters no new
arenas just costumes for almost 100
bucks no thanks
number seven the expansion Pass destiny
destiny proved to be a little
disappointing for a lot of people what
with its lack of story content
questionable endgame and even more
questionable performance from Peter
Dinklage that wizard came from the moon
to make up for this faux pas Bungie
released a $35 expansion pass to players
which gave them new story missions and
multiplayer arenas along with the
typical stuff like weapons armor and
gear the pass included the expansions
the dark below and house of wolves both
of which were received with mediocre
reception from critics and players they
made that mercy with betrayal it wasn’t
until the third expansion the taken King
that gamers finally took notice because
apparently this expansion fixed the game
unfortunately the taken King was not
included in the expansion pass womp womp
he sees himself as a prophet
perhaps for he has gone quite mad
number 6 extra operators Tom Clancy’s
Rainbow six siege oh my go while the
game itself may have delivered a complex
thrilling gaming experience the season
pass was less than ideal for a
head-shaking price of 30 bucks players
were given access to a one-year vip
premium membership which allowed four
players to have access to eight extra
operators for just one week extra daily
challenges the equivalent of $5 of
in-game store credit because Ubisoft and
different weapon skins plus you’ll
receive an exclusive season pass skin a
permanent renowned boost that will get
you what you want faster come on Ubisoft
you’re getting back into our good graces
don’t mess it up with insultingly
expensive garbage like this a lot of
which should have been in the game in
the first place
number five yay more maps aliens
colonial Marines you’ve got 30 seconds
Marines on your toes
we would remind you of how bad aliens
colonial marines was but that’s
basically kicking a dead horse because
it was so bad though you can imagine
that it was never exactly popular yet no
one told year box who released the
season pass thinking that their game was
the next Halo it gave players access to
four packs of DLC which included
additional campaign content
customisation options new gameplay modes
and more multiplayer maps despite the
fact that the multiplayer component was
essentially dead on arrival why they
thought we would pay extra for more maps
we have no idea number four map packs
titanfall
titanfall was supposed to give the Xbox
one its first killer app like what halo
did for the original Xbox back in 2001
while it was a great game it was
criticized for its lack of a campaign
rather than remedy this respawn released
their season pass consisting of three
DLC packs which included extra maps for
multiplayer while more maps aren’t
really a bad thing at all the pass only
saved players a measly $5 none of this
is really horrible admittedly until you
realize that all of the content was
eventually released for free with no
compensation offered to the dedicated
fans who bought the pass in the first
place

monthly Batman Arkham Knight Arkham
Knight was a great game as long as you
weren’t playing on PC that is however
the season passes release schedule was
absolutely mind-boggling the price was
an astounding forty bucks and it
consisted of some pretty bare-bones
material to boot hey sad clown turn that
frown around the pass itself consisted
of several story based missions with
most lasting less than half an hour new
Batmobile skins and extra AR challenges
because everyone loves doing those
Batman hasn’t been himself these past
few months it he’s doc lady thinks often
this was all released monthly over a
period of six months we assumed that it
was meant to maintain the longevity of
the game but it only really served to
make players angry I’ll take him to GCPD
number two paying double for a complete
game Star Wars Battlefront shipment
Nathan s cool to the extraction point
2004 Star Wars Battlefront is a beloved
classic that satisfy fans of the Star
Wars franchise around the globe with its
myriad of characters maps and gameplay
mechanics
