get people writing to me every single
day Ralph my mind is so unclear right
now I’ve got so much on my mind and it’s
really annoying because we ain’t even
had breakfast yet can I get a hello I’m
gonna share with you what’s helped me
along my journey I grew up with a lot on
my mind too sometimes there was so much
on my mind I couldn’t get out of bed
because my mind was literally weighing
me down
picture it it’s hard now I want you to
visualize you are a river you are this
stream of water which is flowing
perfectly and inside this water there is
other life there are these little fishes
which are dependent on you as this
beautiful stream of water flowing now
let’s just say some chemicals are dumped
in the water
oh no yeah those little fishes are
starting to die off because there’s not
enough oxygen in the water now our mind
is similar to a computer never had that
virus and you don’t know where it came
from
and all your information is gone oh my
gosh yeah it’s so annoying you see all
it takes is one thought one virus one
chemical to spoil it for everybody
erase all your important information
gosh what was that your beautiful love
poems they’re all gone
just because of one virus one thought so
what helped me along my journey was to
promote thoughts that would stop that
thought from even making a grand
entrance like back up baby
what was that thought I had you aren’t
allowed here
it’s the antivirus and once those
chemicals are removed from the water the
fishes can now get back to the party
because you stopped the music and that
is how I clear my mind by being aware of
the viruses that can infiltrate the mind
and destroy everything slow motion this
