greater than the perception other people
have of us so in making videos we have
to ask ourselves why are we doing this
some people say everything has already

what else do I have to offer it’s never
what you say it’s the energy behind that
matters what have I got to lose after
making a lot of videos I found that it’s
not about success or failure it’s about
moving past you ality stepping into the
flow doesn’t matter how many subscribers
you have because eventually the novelty
wears off and it will it’s all about
expression all about what you want to
offer to the world
that is the greatest gift of the world
open up your heart to the world and in
doing so you will meet your reflection
once you can let go of this idea of
failure or success it becomes easier to
make videos many of us are afraid of
failure some of us are even afraid of
success for me it’s all about immersing
ourselves into the process and that is
my secret have fun while you’re doing
what you’re doing it’s all about how you
feel it’s not about the outcome it’s
about the process do I enjoy what I’m

because I want to emulate what someone
else is doing total body awareness we
have to begin breathing deep from our
diaphragm this creates calm a perfect
equilibrium within the body it’s about
feeling free in every cell within our
body moving around becoming loose a lot
of people can’t make videos because they
are too serious they are too stiff
therefore we have to go for a run before
the video turn around before the video
do something exciting that way you
loosen yourself up making a video is all
about focusing on your voice because
that is the instrument that is being
used drinking water will help soften up

do we have to speak so fast slow down
more time to really create a great
impact many of us we feel nervous we
feel shy and this comes through on the
video so we have to remember that it’s
all about releasing tension within the
body and this can only be done when we
become our bodies by losing our mind and
coming to our senses stop comparing
yourself to other people

subscribers I only have a hundred they
have ten million views I only have a
hundred everyone is unique therefore

there is no one in the universe like you
