A Working Day – Cattle Herder, Cameroon

Open daily prayer,
Then it became on my wife.
After that, I go to inspect my bed.
All cows,
Then the sheep,
As well as chicken.
Then comes the time of milking.
The typical Amberro cows are characterized by very long horns,
It is very long,
They are usually red.
It is very accurate in selecting the grass you will eat.
They avoid eating dirty grass.
And prefer to eat clean grass clean.
After I finished milking, I drove the cow to the pasture.
The sheep and chickens were also fed.
Then I visit my father in the vicinity of a quick light visit to take it easy.
I am a Fulani from the Embero tribe.
I have been entrusted to my father by the Embero since I was a child.
My father inherited the cows from my grandfather, and I inherited them from my father.
I will continue to raise them.
When I make sure that the cows are well fed, I drive them to the slope to drink water from the table.
This area enjoys undulating hills,
But the invasion of farms reduced the area of pastoral land.
When I can not afford to take care of my family it becomes a challenge.
But when things go well, I can save money to buy food for them.
In fact grazing is sometimes very difficult,
Farmers often graze our pastures and plant crops without a license.
This often leads to problems.
Another reason for the conflict is that many farmers do not fence their crops well,
Cows can fertilize them during grazing,
This, in turn, is also problematic.
If cows are left in the air, the farmers will most likely injure their felines.
Therefore we shepherds should follow our cows always, even if the weather is rainy.
My wish for my family is for my children to have a good education so they can find work.
So that my older children can take care of their younger brothers, even if I no longer exist among them.
