hello lovely people mr. Oliver here I
hope you will okay welcome to the big
chair project this is a fantastic
project marked to celebrate 10 years of
the 15 restaurant where we take young
people and help change their life
through the beautifulness of food and
being a chef so first of all the famous
fritz hansen those classic chairs the
ant chairs they’ve given us a whole load
of those and then we’ve got 20
incredible artists and they’re
decorating them in their own very own
way from Johnny yo paul smith quentin
blake water crystal we’ve even got
tracey emin so the list goes on and on
and on and these are proper dudes doing
really extraordinary erratic project I
mean they’re all totally different I’m
doing a very own one basically what
we’re going to do is we’re going to put
them online we’re going to do a big bid
it’s at the big chair project com these
are all one offs and obviously for 15
foundation my charity we get the benefit
of putting that cash towards really
special things I’ll tell you a little
bit about what I’m doing here I mean I’m
no big artist by any means but I did do
it at school I did all right that was
the only thing i did a riot school I’ve
got the bigger egg chair which is very
comfortable real designer classic the
fabric came from fritz hansen in four
parts so that kind of got me thinking
about four seasons and with my egg chair
today I’ve got the four seasons and
fruit essentially from each season you
know obviously in spring there’s not
really much around through wise so it’s
kind of celebrating you know Jan
and concerts and stuff that you’d really
tap into all the kind of preserved stuff
so we got like strawberry jam you know
all that beautifulness obviously autumn
some are a wicked got loads of stuff
going on strawberries cherries apples
pears plums black currants bit early for
my cones but there you go that’s my seat
please please get involved in the big
chair project you could end up with a
Tracey Emin or a Paul Smith a total
runoff and of course then I’ve got the
egg chair which will go in the bid off
as well all the information will be
under me down here on the website and it
should be dead dead simple thanks very
much guys take care
