believe socks the suspected fence coyote
is trying to catch agents off guard
I still waiting for the instructions
from the Scout down below scouting for
law enforcement they observe our cameras
as well making sure that we’re not
looking at them directly or if they see
any movement the cameras they know that
we’re watching that camera
they’re very well-organized to probably
have a scout in the US side as well
walking around downtown
that’s party the person is communicating
with right now
it’s a dangerous stunt in the past month
three jumper suffered serious injuries

gonna be about an 18-foot drop if he
slides so you see him here coming over
fencing the Scout and there he goes the
officer immediately alerts CBP by radio
