so we’re going to have here is just
precision targeting good shield
presentation this is what you can look
forward to when you reach that level of
trust between the guys are jealous and
width well my first day of training was
pick up a shield ground the Lance run
down the list and Patrick hits me and it
kind of heard Patrick’s feelings and his
pride a little because he was like the
big in jail scene and on day one I was
right there equal with him so few weeks
into the fair he decides I’m gonna teach
Charlie a lesson so on the past at
rickhouse this Flyers switched from the
breakaway Bossa Lance’s to a solid
aluminum pole drove it straight into my
shield took me straight off the back of
the horse dislocated my hip fractured my
back that’s not quite the version but
that’s close oh that’s Charlie was very
eager to want to start to hitting hard
and then I we used a competition Lance
how you said no not you on the real
version this is the real version and
your source I wanted you to feel what it
felt like when you take the hit that is
it true all right you knew it was going
to be coming it was a typical little
piece of wood then I hit him with but it
locked in here your force but again when
I came here everything’s oh it’s not
going to be brought up anymore none of
this not it what’s the first thing he
says we’re out here talking smack come
on it was a in excalibur Lance the pipe
with a 3-foot to say that was once one
of the Lance’s that we use true all
right let’s sort of jealous right get
mad cuz jumping angry doesn’t work
that’s going to want to do that
now let’s work on on what we’re here to
do the end all the other pull let it go
I don’t hear about it come we get some
this whole thing is dangerous enough all
the armor that they wear usually
protects them from about 50 different
ways to die in doing it these guys
aren’t wearing any of it this is
definitely something that can turn into
a jackass episode or someone in the
hospital Vic it was wrong yeah hi it’s
like a little girl break it again you
broke it at the handle let’s put on the
big Lance’s big chills do this give me
the short one that makes it fair and
powder guys a chance light armor it was
the first kind of jousting to start out
most people doing this would have chain
mail helmet shield all those things on
without helmets without those shields is
crazy I wouldn’t
if you move your side of the length an
inch up or an inch down what that
translates to at the end of the Lance is
a foot one more with that motion of the
horse corner lense is away about 15
pounds so scoring a perfect bullseye is
incredibly hard and takes years and
years of practice do it a good yeah he
wants it on all right let’s go again
perfect pass I love your Patrick justing
style don’t get any much better than
that boys even though there’s this then
the other thing going on between me
Charlie or whatever that’s all good when
it comes to the field it stays
professional all the time
