Wine & Cheese: Chocolate

we’re here with peskow Manning woman in
her chocolate booth and a few questions
so chocolate and wine is it just an
excuse to go crazy or is it really is
there something behind that no it is not
you have flavors in chocolate that will
that will make all the savers of the
wine bring them out in the mouth so you
have one each product that will boost
the other one okay so no it’s not just
an excuse an excuse to go overboard you
know all the wine all the chocolates
it’s very precise you cannot just
overdose on both of them all right it’s
it’s a spine it’s very precise preparing
the bite of it oh well it’s a bad more
sense
so what wine would go with that one
there a good part okay a good odor he a
good whiskey as well with a toning of 10
or 15 years old but I it’ll be hard but
