Julieta after my wife we are lovely
named Julia Oh romantic with Juliet is
one of the everyday pizzas – nice thin
crust beautiful little cherries crispy
sides and three different cheeses
unbelievable guys if you want to know
how to make the perfect pizza base click

very simply we’re going to put it on a
little wooden board now you can do this
at home in a traditional oven just get
it on full whack a little pizza stone is
fantastic or products or Grannis but
preheat to the oven that replicates the
kind of underneath heat that you would
get from a wood up the wood ability of
course is about the children picnic
resources which is 500 Fahrenheit we’re
going to start off like the margarita
simple tomato sauce then we go on with
the Westholme jacks so this melts
beautiful this is from Tom calve our one
of the best cheddar makers in the world
what we notice is when he was making the
cheddar the temperature went quite high
just like when you make mozzarella and
we talked just a minute we had a little
test it was amazing the quality of the
milk and the cheese is unbelievable when
you were specifically at James Italian
for that and we just put little baby –
Tamar just our mother and then we’ll
finish with some nice oil
yeah and in it goes into the wood oven I
love the way to the sides are puffing up
proper proper on leg feet on the look Oh
will tear over the buffalo mozzarella
we’ll just take the little small into
that and we’ll just sprinkle those quite
unusual we use the purple vandal shoots
they’ve got lovely delicate flavor and
then just a little bit of shaved parm
then so that is a turbocharged margarita
that is the Giulietta wonderful comments
on the Italian click the yellow button
up there to get more information
you’re always welcome until then Gennaro
