Grilled Apricot Salad | Gennaro Contaldo | Jamie Cooks Italy

hi lovely people I am so exciting very
very exciting today we’re gonna make
this fantastic salad from the book Gemma
cooks in Italy and fantastic great epic
OTT salad with lovely mozzarella on top
with a fantastic your onions with a
lovely prosciutto you’re gonna love it
just so good so let me show how to do it
I know some lovely apricot make sure
they’re not really really soft in a
knife just cut them on the side twist it
easy right remove the stone what a part
if you don’t have apricot easy today you
find almost everything lovely smoked
peaches as well you do discipline of the
same that you get nice the smell and the
combination of a flavor with apricot is
unbelievable just pull it all these

a lovely prosciutto inside and the
vinegar at the onions it’s an explosion
of flavor inside your mouth everybody
